M&L Kota stone slab 16-18 cm thick on vertical surfaces like riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over & including 10 mm thick (average thickness) rendering cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (Granite finish), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for first quality , group IV, non skid ceramic straight cut/joint free 8 to 9 mm thick coloured tile ,area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, in floors and skirting etc, set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4)

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.
