Supplying and installation of FRP Route markers, shape: rectangular hollow post with T base and rectangular signboard of size 300 mm X 300 mm at the top at every 200 m length of pipelines and one at each road turning/crossing restricted to five numbers for road turning/crossing with the following specifications: a) Length of pillar: 1.5 m without base, 1.550 m with base b) Cross section of pillar: 50 mm X 50 mm c) Base size: 300 mm X 300 mm X 50 mm d)Rectangular signboard attached from top of pillar of size 300 mm X 300 mm. Each signboard will contain the text "Pipeline JJM Assam" e) Thickness: 4 mm (+/- 0.2 mm) f) Material: UV treated fibre glass reinforced plastic g) Coulour: Top to bottom yellow h) Size of letters: 65 mm to 75 mm

Supplying, installation and commissioning of water level automation (sensor) system for underground and elevated service reservoir at different PWSSs under JJM with the following requirement/specifications: 1) Wiring for circuit wiring with PVC insulated single core unsheathed industrial flexible cable (upto 45 m in length) conforming to IS-694:1990 with flexible bright annealed copper conductor for voltage grade up to 1100 volts(Finolex/RR Kabel or exquivalent make as approved by the Deptt.) in surface /recessed 2mm thick/heavy rigid PVC IS:9537 Part-III conduit(Berlia/AKG/Precision/Presto Plast/Polycab/MW or equivalent make as approved by the Deptt.) wiring system With 2x2.5 sq. mm+ earth continuity with 1x1.5 sq. mm in 20 mm. dia 2mm thick/heavy rigid PVC IS:9537 Part-III conduit. 2) fully automatic water level controller panel and indicator with up and down tank sensor suitable for submersible and centrifugal pump upto 5 to 7.5 HP capacity as specified and directed by the department conforming to IP 43 protection comprising of the following items a) 2 nos of Start and stop bottom type starter panel (white ITI 84 WLB) suitable for 5 to 7.5 HP capacity pump (brand RMG/ANMOL/TANOTIS/C&S or equivalent) b) 2 nos of Up and Down tank sensor (RMG/ANMOL/TANOTIS/C&S/u-TECH make or equivalent) for overhead and UGR tank suitable for 5 to 7.5 HP capacity pump, 220-280 volt, 40 Amp load capacity

Supply, fixing and Commissioning of Lightning Arrestor conforming to IS 2309 (1989) & IS 3043 (1987) with the following Specifications: i) 11KV 5KA LA (Poly) as required and as directed by the department with Chemical earthing including accessories such as 3mtr long GI pipe(50 mm) including chemicals as required or as directed by the department. ii) Chemical earthing including accessories such as 3mtr long GI pipe(50 mm) including chemicals as required or as directed by the department. iii) 8 SWG copper wire from LA to earthing as required or as directed by the department.

Trial run of water supply scheme for three months including Monthly Electricity bill, wages of TP cum pump operator, disinfection chemicals and any repair if necessary including other miscellaneous expenses for a) Ground Water based schemes upto 100 number of FHTCs

b) Ground Water based schemes from 100 upto 200 number of FHTCs

c) Ground Water based schemes above 200 number of FHTCs

d) Surface Water based schemes upto 100 number of FHTCs

e) Surface Water based schemes from 100 upto 200 number of FHTCs

f) Ground Water based schemes above 200 number of FHTCs

Providing Functional Household Tap Connection including earthwork in excavation for pipe line (both for connection in distribution line and service connection) and refilling, dressing etc., providing PVC/HDPE Saddle Piece of average size 110 mm x 15 mm (i.e. ranging from 63mm to 160mm) , making holes in the distribution pipe, providing 15 mm dia bronze ferrule cock (PN-16) conforming to IS:2692 (1989) as ammended from time to time / Flow control valve of SS316 with flow of 3 LPM at standard operating pressure of 0.5 bar to 1.5 bar of minimum woight 125 gm, connecting it to the saddle piece, providing and fixing 3 layer (Outer green / GREY coloured UV Stabilised, middle black coloured UV Stabilised and inermost layer white coloured with antimicrobial property) Fusion welded PP-R ( Poly propylene-random copolymer) Pipes, SDR 7.4 having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply conforming IS 15801-2008 of average length 10 m from saddle piece to the standpost ( pipes of make empanelled manufacturers and PN-16 Pipe,20 mm OD,SDR-7.4) including all plain PP-R fittings and brass threaded PP-R fitting and clamping, cutting and making good to the damages, including all taxes and duties as applicable and including the cost of all required labour and materials as directed and specified. The item also inludes construction and installation of Cement Concrete Hydrant Pillar with cement concrete in proposrtion 1:3:6 sheathed in SWR pipe of dia 110mm height 1200 mm encasing 15 mm dia PPR pipe inside the hydrant, inclusive of cost of transportation to site and also supplying fitting and fixing C.P. Brass Bib cock confirming to IS:8931 all complete as directed and specified. Approved good for construction drawing will be issued by the deptt.
