Taking down old unserviceable Switch socket plug of any size and making good disturbed surface of walls and floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable SPN DB, 8 way alongwith MCB and making good disturbed surface of walls and floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable MCB TPN DB, 4 way alongwith MCB and making good disturbed surface of walls and floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable submain wiring aluminium ete and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ floor etc matching with the existing surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket, etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, etc. ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Temporary power supply shall be provided by contractor.

Sub-main wiring (concealed ) with two single core 6 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of masnory including 20 mm dia non-metallic PVC conduit fixed in wall including 4 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring (concealed) complete in and including rigid non metallic PVC heavy duty conduit, 19/20mm dia as per site requirement for concealed conduit wiring with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi standed copper conducctor cable with flush tye metal boxes modular type suitable for fixing modularswitches,sockets,fan regulators etc with white or any colour cover plate with and including PVC insulated unsheathed multi standard copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm as an earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly as per IS specification and as specified for one light/fan/buzzer/socket point controlled by one modular switch. Material and Labour for filteration and dehydration of transformer oil by dehydration machine to achieve the die-electric strength/ insulation value upto 65 KV/40KV (RMS) at standard gap of electrodes 2.5 mm for one minute in various capacity of transformers 33/11KV and 11/0.433KV including insulation testing of oil with help of suitable equipments before and after dehydration including BDV Test compete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Contractor will have to arrange the dehydration machine and transformer oil dielectric strength testing equipment as mentioned and same shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted. (ii) Test result of transformer oil before and after dehydartion is required to submit by contractor duly signed by all concerned. (iii) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before commencement of dehydration process. (iv) Additional quantity of transformer oil if any required for making the oil level upto the requirement in transformer shall be measured and paid separately as supply and filling but its cost of heating shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item.

Supply and filling transformer power oil meeting IEC 60296-2003-11, 3rd edition standard specification and ASTMD 1275B test requirements for corrosive sulpher of BDV not less than 65 KV for filling in repaired transformer HT 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Brass terminal rod with nuts, bolts washers & bushings suitable for HT and LT side of the transformer of any make and capacity for 315 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for item No- 63 to 63.02:- (i) Spares (Oils & Filters) required for maintenance of DG Set will be measured and paid separately. (ii) The rate quoted is not inclusive of major repair/overhauling of DG Set. In the event of any dispute the decision of Accepting Officer shall be final & binding. (iii) Repairer has to maintain the maintenance record, breakdown call register, periodical service report, Repair carried out register and the same are to be got signed from department rep(JE E/M)/ Engeneer-in- Charge and also duly signed by qualified Mech/Service Engineer of the contractor. Material and labour for electronic automatic voltage regulator ( AVR) of 100 V , 8 Amps suitable to DG Set of capacity upto 20 KVA including necessary terminals' sleeves etc as required at site of any type and make of DG Sets, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :Make of AVR shall be same as supplied by the DG set manufacturer with new DG set.

Material and labour for rewinding the self starter assembly 12/24 Volts by taking out from the DG set dismantling & cleaning , providing proper insulation rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing size & insulating the field coil assembly replacing bentec assembly & fixing back after repairs and testing , complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing Rubber hose set for following DG set radiator by replacing the unserviceable hose set , complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge:-

Material and labour for dismantling of radiator from engine taking it to work shop repair of leakage pipes, cleaning the radiator with cleaning agents, re-assembling to the engine completely to enting satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Inspection/checking of AMF panel of DG set of capacity 20 KVA & 160 KVA installed at various installations of any make and shape and rectify the defects, replacement of unserviceable part as required at site and cleaning of AMF panel as detecting during inspection or pointed out by users/department and carry out maintenance , complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately or issued by the department.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-V (COMBINE ITEMS & MISC ITEMS)

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and and not exc. 1.5m depth wide in soft/loose soil for laying electric cables/pipes etc including getting out excavated earth and trimming the sides and bottoms of trenches , complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning , filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in soil, complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not ex. 1.5m above the starting point , complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade (earthed) cross sectional area 300 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches, through pipe in road crossing, ducts, fixed along poles ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

MCCB four pole 400 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA , 415 Volts, fixed thermal & magnetic release including making all incoming/ outgoing connections fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Make :- Legrand/L&T/Schneider /C&S/Havells or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 15(R)(R) of tender documents.
