Excavating in trenches, n exc1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m indepth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. nexc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete in soft/loose soil all as specified.

All as per sl. item No.01 above but in hard/dense soil.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 in depth for foundation of poles, stay assembly and laying of U/G cables etc. and getting out in hard rock/road cutting/RCC/PCC complete all as specified and directed.

Returning,filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering ,well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified.

Removing of excavated material not exc. 50m away from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point.in soft /loose soil

M&L for repairs/ Overhauling/Servicing to existing LT electric panels by taking shut down from appropiate authority including T&P for Attending Faults/Trippings and rectifieng /repairing the faults in HT/LT panel boards/Capacitor Panels Boards/ MCCB's/ACB's /Change Over switches/Cable Connections/Bus Bar etc including PVC insulating Tapes/Nut bolts all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (i) Tightening the loose connections and cleaning inside/out side complete replacing faulty insulation, thimbles and lugs as per the size of existing cable, applying petrolium jelly on the contactors, providing new insulation tape to bus bars, repair to broken /hanging doors by fixing hinges or welding the door to make it servicable, spray painting as approved colour and testing the entire panel board after the completion of servicing up to the satisfication of Engr-in-charge all as specified and directed. Note : MCCB, ACB, Painting will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Dismantling Air Circuit Breaker 4 pole/3 pole, 630 Amps to 1200Amps, 415 Volts, draw out/fixed type from location and repair /overhauling of spring drive mechanism, coil, auxiliary switch including setting of over load coil, no volt coil, tripping coil & apply multi grease for mechnical parts, cleaning and inspecting male and female contacts and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for contacts, checking of electrical wiring system, testing, and assembling all items/components parts to the respective position and testing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Spare parts will be measured and paid separately)

Dismantling of Old Damaged/burnt spare parts such as Shunt Trip Device from ACB and Supply and fixing in repair of following Spare parts suitable for -ACB 415V, 630 to 1200Amps Amps indoor type of Make ; Havells/ Schneider/L&T/Legrand/C&S all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the vegetation including glass, bushes small trees and all vegetation growth complete including digging out the root of bushes and small trees around the feeder panel, filling the rough holes with earth and levelling the surfaces by removing all debris outside MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting of LT panels/ LT feeder panels of any size and type including one coat of primer paint all including scrapping out the old paint by scrubbing and application of primer before double coat of paint including minor repair like welding of hinges, repairing of lock and key arrangements all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F brass padlocks 65mm of 7 levers with brass master keys (single key for all locks) for locking arragment of substations and feeder panels including necessary door hinges arrangments (if required) all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge. Note:- Contractor should provide 3 keys for every locks and hand over to Engr-in-Charge after locking arrangement.

S&F brass padlocks 40 mm of 5 levers with brass master keys (single key for all locks) for locking arragment of substations and feeder panels including necessary door hinges arrangments (if required) all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge. Note- Contractor should provide 3 keys for every locks and hand over to Engr-in-Charge after locking arrangement.

M&L for Attending Faults/Trippings and rectifieng /repairing the faults in LT Panels Boards/Capacitor Panels Boards/ MCCB's/ACB's /Change Over switches/Cable Connections/Bus Bar etc including PVC insulating Tapes/Nut bolts and all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note : Damaged/Burnt MCCB/ACB'S/Changeover switc/Lugs.will be measured and paid separately)

Dismantling of Damaged/Burnt out lugs and Supply & fixing of Aluminum Lugs with PVC Insulation Tape of size 400Sqmm to 185Sqmm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of Damaged/Burnt out lugs and Supply & fixing of Aluminum Lugs with PVC Insulation Tape of size 50 Sqmm to 150Sqmm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Bus Bar strips, of any size, for extention of MCCB terminals for cable terminations, inside the cable alley of LT panel board, duly supported on the FRP / DMC support insulators including necessary drilling / bending to obtain required shape and size all as specified and as directed . Note :- (a) Size of the strip shall be determined depending upon the current carrying capacity of the individual outgoing MCCBs. (b) Overall length of the strip shall be measured and paid after necessary conversion into weight. (c) Cost of drilling / bending / Grinding of the strips at site as required shall be included in the unit rate quoted. No extra payment shall be admissible on that account.

S&F Copper Bus Bar strip, of any size, for extention of MCCB terminals for cable terminations, inside the cable alleoy of LT panel board, duly supported on the FRP / DMC support insulators including necessary drilling / bending to obtain required shape and size all as specified and as directed . Note :- (a) Size of the strip shall be determined depending upon the current carrying capacity of the individual outgoing MCCBs. (b) Overall length of the strip shall be measured and paid after necessary conversion into weight. (c) Cost of drilling / bending / Grinding of the strips at site as required shall be included in the unit rate quoted. No extra payment shall be admissible on that account.

S&F of suitable type and size FRP / DMC bus bar support insulator (Bridge Insulator) for fixing the extended aluminium bars, for cable terminations, duly fixed in the body of the panel board by and including galvanized steel bolts, nuts, washers and necessary drillings, in the panel body all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Damaged/Burnt out control wiring of LT panels/ feeder panels and Supply & fixing of new control wiring of panels of any size with PVC Insulation Tape including all indicating lamps all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 metre below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead strip 25 x 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers made out of GI/steel all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule part-I, earth lead strip connected to indicated position including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) C-1, Precast RCC cover slab 55 cm x 55 cm x 5 cm with reinforcement of 8 mm dia bar 100 mm c/c bothways including one handle made of 12 mm dia MS bar embedded in pre cast slab and 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe "medium grade" for watering with GI funnel and wire mess including charcoal and salt in alternate layers of 15 cm including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil all as specified and as directed and testing on completion.

S&F earth continuty conductor fixed to wall/surface or recess or burried in ground or any situation for loop earthing by 25 X 4 mm GI strip all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
