Supply,installation ,testing and commissioning of 500 kVA transformer step down outdoor type ,11/0.433 kV,(at no load),oil immersed confirming to IS 1180(PART-I) 2014 Energy Efficiency level-2 complete with standerd fittings copper wound 3 phase 4 wire 50 c/s oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tube ,delta connected on HT side and star connection on LT side with tapping on HT side to vary secondary voltage (+ )2.5 % to ( + ) 7.5 % in steps including first filling of transformer oil as per IS 1180 Part -I 2014 & BEE certified having dielectric strength not less than 60 kV complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Routine test as per IS 1180 shall be carried out at the works.Type test including temperature rise test shall also be carried out at works .Site tests are also to be carried out in presence of company rep. All the tests whether at works/at site are to be conducted in presence of MES rep and all test certificate duly signed by all concerned to be submitted my the contractor to the dept.

(ii) The equipment should carry a guarantee of 30 months from the date of despatch or 24 months from date of completion of the contract ,which ever is later. Any defect during this period will be attended in a period of three days including spares and labour without any extra cost to Govt. The item shall also include M & L for platform brick massonary for thr installation of transformer of size 3000x2500x1200 mm complete with chain link fencing and gate all as shown in Drg No CEPZ /C-TD/002/13 Sheet no 2/5 Dated 11.09.2013 and as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

M & L for prestressed concrete pole, 11 metre long, of size 152 x 152 mm at top and 152 x 260 mm at bottom of class-9, confirming to IS- 1678, erecting in truly vertical position including painting with synthetic enamel paint of colours black and yellow alternate strips of 30cm width upto 1.5 mtr from the top of copingcomplete all as specified directed. (Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately).

Supply and fixing out door type triple pole, 11000 volts mechanically operated Air break switch, mounted on 15 Nos insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 200 amps and all accessories ie pipe clamp etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 11 kV of rating 400 amps Expulsion fuse single pole complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L for HT lightning arrester any type, any size all as directed by Engr-in-charge and M&L for replacement of HT lightening arrestor for outdoor use, expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amps, minimum working pressure 11000 volts grade conforming to IS complete all as specified and directed

Supply ,laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded ,galvanised steel strip armoured ,electric power cable (heavy duty ) 6.35/11 kV grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm ,3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 kV grade cable for outdoor termination , cold shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable ,pole foundation,stay,laying of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading ,leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified

M&L for Brick covering with equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply ,Installation ,testing & commisioning of totally enclosed feeder piller outdoor type (IP-65) fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated double door type(independent cabin including locking arrangement for each MCCBs , bus bar chamber (enclosed) including locking arrangement complete suitable for operating on 415 Volt 50 Hz AC, supply internally wired with copper conductor , TPN bus bar of copper strip (4 Nos) insulated by heat shrinkable sleaves & clips on shrouds for joints busbar shall be designed to withstand a fault level at 415 Volts having legs 105cms made out of 65x65x6 mm angle iron grouted on PCC 1:3:6 upto 45 cms pannel should be 60 cms above the Ground Level.Comprising the following : (i) The panel shall be front operated with independent side cable cabin for entry and out going from the bottom with cable glands. (ii) Fabrication of feeder piller box to be approved by CPRI width of the panel not less than 60cms

Note:1.The MCCB should have Ics=100% Icu for short circuit breaking capacity of minimum 16 kA/36 KA as indicated rms at 415 volts 50 Hz AC. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer, make: Siemens ( 3VL)/Legrand (DPX3)/ABB (Tmax)/ Schneider (NSX)
