The bidder has to download the SOR excel file containing rates (excluding Goods and Services Tax) along with tender documents and subsequent Addendum/ Corrigendum/ Clarifications, if any, issued at a later stage. 3. Bidder to note that there are ‘White’ cells in the SOR excel file, which should not be modified by the bidder. 4. Bidders are advised strictly not to alter or change the SOR format/ contents. Bidders are also advised not to paste any image file in the SOR work sheet. 5. The Bidders shall quote “Excess(+)/ At Par/ Less(-)” percentage in the BOQ1 . Evaluation will be carried out on the basis of rate quoted in BOQ plus Goods and Services tax rates quoted in Annexure H1(A). 6. The Bidder shall quote in percentage (limited to a maximum of 2 decimal places) “Excess(+)/ At Par/ Less(-)” on the rates indicated in the Schedule of Rates annexed to the "Part-II: Price Bid" of tender documents. In case rates are quoted to more than 2 decimal places then, the amount quoted towards the tender shall be worked out for the rates quoted to first 2 decimal points without rounding off. The “Percentage” quoted by the Bidder shall be applicable uniformly to all the rates of the items indicated in Schedule of Rates. 7. Only "Bidder Name", " Excess(+)/ At Par/ Less(-)" & "Percentage" are to be filled by the bidder in the designated "Sky Blue Cells". 8. "Excess (+)" or “At Par” or "Less (-) can be selected from the dropdown menu by clicking on the cell. 9. Bidders are advised strictly not to alter or change the BOQ format/ contents. Bidders are also advised not to paste any image file or put any additional conditions in the BOQ worksheet. 10. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes and duties, but exclusive of Goods & Service Tax(Goods and Services Tax) which shall be paid extra as applicable, upon submission of Goods & service tax invoice. 11. Do not insert any additional sheet and any condition in BOQ sheet. Please do not temper the BOQ sheet. 12. The work is of indivisible nature and shall be awarded to a single agency only.
