Fixing only LED street light fitting luminaire of any type, 230 volts, AC energy saving and environmental friendly long life versatile, pressure di-cast aluminium including electrical connections and taking down existing unserviceable fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) LED light fittings shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing only. (ii) Electrical cable/service wire required for connection shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F in repair 60W energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED security street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED lens & toughened glass, potted driver and with efficacy of 120lm/W and with IRSENSE, IP 66 protection including connection with twin twisted unsheathed PVC copper cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 90W energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED building security street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED, lens & toughened glass, potted driver and with efficacy of 120lm/W and with IRSENSE, IP 66 protection including connection with twin twisted unsheathed PVC copper cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed to walls/poles etc and commissioning XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade armoured under ground cable with aluminium conductor of size 2 Core 10 Sqmm including taking out of existing cable all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work excavation, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid separately

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, laying of poles / cable in trenches and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above from the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply and spread approved dry river sand for cushioning of cable laid in trenches including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness of sand cushioning shall measured and paid.

M&L for brick, sub class 'B', old size, laid in trenches as cable protection covers, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hot press moulded SMC Junction box of size 270 mm x 200 mm x 135 mm with right openable hinged door with two number aluminium bus bars mounted on porcelain insulator including clamps of MS flat iron 25 x 3 mm with bolts and nuts and including one MCB SP upto 6A, 10 KA for ON/OFF street light, fixed on pole including taking down old juction box, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F on / off switch for timer nature switch -02, 8 KW single phase street light timer control including taking down existing nature switch for the street light timer switch, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 15 hereinbefore but for three phase timer of 12KW

S&F contactor 8KW suitable for single phase street light timer control unit of existing make and model as per site requirement, incuding taking down existing unserviceable contactor of any description all as specified and directed

S&F Driver circuit board 48W with necessary wiring including removing unserviceable exisitng driver circuit board from street light fitting of any make, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Driver circuit board 90 W to 120 W with necessary wiring including removing unserviceable exisitng driver circuit board from street light fitting of any make, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Surge protector device for street light fitting of any make/type with necessary wiring including removing exisitng unserviceable surge protector device from street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 metre long) including two coats of bituminous paint internally and externally for the portion embedded in concrete and two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to external/ exposed surfaces, including taking down existing pole of any description, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Rate quoted shall deemed to includes excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 150mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation below ploe and filled in trench alround the pole upto GL including coping up to 20cm above ground using PCC (1:2:4) type B1 with necessary formwork complete. (iii) Rate quoted shall also deemed to include for taking down carefully the exisitng unserviceable pole, serviceable street light fitting and ACSR conductor including connecting accessories and refixing the same after replacing the new pole with all necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bracket made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe, light grade, 1.5m long, bent to shape including clamps, nuts and bolts etc and required electrical connections including taking out old unserviceable brackets of any description all as specified and directed.

S&F bracket made out of 50 mm dia GI pipe, light grade, 1.5m long, bent to shape including clamps, nuts and bolts etc and required electrical connections including taking out old unserviceable brackets of any description all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed, copper conductor, flexible industrial cable, 1100Volts, 1.5 Sqmm 2 core for connection from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning thoroughly the street light poles/LT distribution poles of any height and any description (Maximum 9 Mtr long ) with necessary cleaning agent including complete removal of existing paint by scrapping etc carefully and applying two coat of synthetic aluminium paint over a coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting & trimming of tree branches any girth and size touching to overhead lines and clearing the distance 1.5 mtr both sides of overhead line with in a gap of span 35 mtrs each and removing the same cleaning the site all as specified and directed

S&F PVC conduit 20mm dia on pole (steel pole/ concrete pole) from juction box to street light fitting for PVC wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC flexible conduit (size 20mm ) on pole from juction box to PVC conduit & PVC conduit to streetlight fitting complete all as specified and directed.
