1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etcupto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with.1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs andsteps etc

Dry Random Rubble Masonary with hard stone in foundation and plinth Using Nallah stone with out bond stone

Dumping of stone In Horizontal on level including cost of stones.

Carriage of Sand from Source to site of work by Mechanical transport including loading /Unloading complete for an avg distance of 120 km by MT

Carriage of Stone aggregate below 40mm from Source to site of work by Mechanical transport including loading /Unloading complete for an avg. distance of 20 km by MT

Carriage of Stone aggregate above 40mm from Source to site of work by Mechanical transport including loading /Unloading complete for an avg. distance of 20 km by MT

Carriage of Stone from source to site of work by Mechanical transport including Loading /Unloading complete for an Avg. distance of 5 Km by MT
