RequiredThe Bidder, whether participating as OEM / EPC/OEM Solution Partner shall have an average annual turnover of not less than INR 15 Crore during the last five (5) financial years, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant. Copies of audited Profit & Loss statements shall be submitted.
RequiredThe Net Worth of the Bidder shall be positive for the last three (3) consecutive financial years, supported by CA certification.
RequiredThe Bidder participating as an OEM shall meet the following criteria: I. OEM Must have designed, manufactured, tested, and supplied at least 1000 sets of Fault Passage Indicators (FPIs) at 11 KV or above voltage level to Power Utilities / Distribution Utilities in india during the last ten (10) years from the bid submission date.
RequiredThe FPIs shall have been in successful operation for a minimum period of one (1) year after completion.

RequiredThe Bidder participating as an EPC Contractor /OEM Solution Partner shall meet the following criteria: I. Tender-specific Authorization Letter (MAF), backed by the OEM and aligned with the tender technical specifications, shall be submitted along with the bid.
RequiredThe EPC Contractor/OEM Solution Partner shall submit the technical experience and performance credentials of the OEM. OEM Must have designed, manufactured, tested, and supplied at least 1000sets of Fault Passage Indicators (FPIs) at 11 kV or above voltage level to Power Utilities / Distribution Utilities in during the last ten (10) years from the bid submission date.
RequiredEPC Contractor/OEM Solution Partner shall have supplied and commissioned at least 50 Nos. of RTUs / FRTUs, which have been successfully integrated with a SCADA -DMS/OMS Control Centre.
RequiredThe OEM/OEM Solution partner / EPC must have servicing facility in India. The offered product shall have ISO 9001 & ISO14001 certificate. Documentary evidence in this regard shall have to be submitted with the bid. Cobranding or brand labelling of product from other manufacturers will not be considered.
RequiredThe manufacturer of the FPI device, which is being offered, should have calibration of all measuring and monitoring equipment?s conducted in NABL accredited labs or shall have in-house calibration facility for the same with NABL accreditation. RequiredThe technically qualified bidder should conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) integration to SCADA System.
RequiredThe Proof of Concept (PoC) successful bidders price bid only will be opened to finalize the tender.
RequiredThe POC to be completed in ten(days) and include below a. Commissioning of minimum Two (2) sets of FPIs, a.One on a 33 kV line, and One on an 11 kV line or as specified by TGNPDCL. b. Integration of the FPIs with Survalent SCADA software in coordination with the existing System Integrator at the Control Centre.
