Construction of Pre-cast RCC M-40 grade circular manhole chamber up to invert depth 1.79 meter having 1000 mm internal diameter including required excavation of earth in all types of soils such as murrum, sand, sandy silt, black cotton soil, hard soil, kankar etc. dosposing of surplus excavated material within a lead of 50 meter. The work includes laying of 150mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 1600 mm dia bedding in foundation, providing and laying of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate ) in channel and circular starter base wall up to 50 mm above outer dia. of sewer pipe and PandF in position of 125 mm thick 150/225 mm high pre-cast M40 grade cement concrete ring atbottom and consecutive standard size 300 mm high rings. The work includes PandF pre-cast reinforced cement concrete eccentric conical piece of M40 grade, 125mm thick having 560 mm and 1000 mm internal diameter at top and bottom respectively, fitted with Ferro-cement cover of 33 kg cast iron double seal ring and frame (heavy-duty) etc to withstand for class AA loading including supply and fixing of Ferro-cement foot steps and sealing of alljoints withcement mortar 1:1 complete job as per detailed specification, frawings and directions of Engineer0In charge, for following average Invert depths: At av. Depth 1.5 meter [From 1.50 m to 1.79 m]
De-watering/ Diversion from Manhole to Manhole for replacement/laying of sewer line
Lowering, Laying and jointing of class SN 8 structured wall (External Annular Corrugated and Smooth Internal Surface Polyethylene Piping and fitting with the help of coupler(online/ offline) attached with one end of pipes, sliding over the elastomeric sealing rubber ring placed on the specified valley of the corrugation at the spigot end, lowering the same into the trench, laying on the lower bedding (constructed at bottom of trenches) at prescribed gradient, depth and alignment, testing the water tightness of the joints, ensuring the continuity tests of specified pipe segment etc. complete as per drawing, specification and detailed engineering, including cartage of pipes and fitting etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 200 mm
