MECHANICAL LAUNDRY WORKS Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fully automatic Washer Extractor machine of industrial type of capacity minimum 60Kg dry weight complete including the following :- (a)Capacity of minimum 60 kg dry linen capacity per batch (b) Electrical Supply suitable for operation on 415 ±10% V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, 4 Wire AC supply. (c) Construction of outer body & front panels and all wetted parts shall be manufactured with SS 304 and Inner drum shall be fabricated with SS 304, perforated type with polished finish. (d) The machine shall have front loading with toughned glass door arrangement. (e) It shall have electric motor of minimum 15 HP capacity and shall be controlled through Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) for smooth acceleration, deceleration and programmable speed control with same capacity inverter. (f) The machine shall be heavy duty with minimum extraction factor of 350 G or as recommended by OEM for 60 kg capacity machine. (g) The machine shall have electric heating arrangement of minimum 27 kW capacity. (h) The machine shall have automatic temperature control through PLC. (i) Water Inlet System:- The machine shall have pneumatically or electrically operated water inlet valves with hot, cold and soft water connections as per OEM and dual filters for removing mechanical impurities from the water. (j) The machine shall have suitable size motorized and non-clogged type drain valve for drainage into drain duct. (k) The machine shall have automatic compartmentalized having multiple compartments for detergent dosing system integrated through PLC ,complete all as per OEM recommendation. (l) The machine shall minimize vibrations with heavy-duty springs and hydraulic shock absorbers.

(m) The machine shall have PLC-based microprocessor control with colour touch screen display indicating program selected, water level, temperature, cycle status, remaining time, spin speed and fault diagnostics etc. (n) The machine shall have various safety features such as Emergency stop push button, door interlocking system, overload protection, motor over-temperature protection, low water and heating safety interlocks etc, complete all per OEM recommendations. (o) The machine shall have fully automatic operation with programmable wash cycles, forward and reverse drum rotation during wash cycle and automatic balancing before extraction. (p) Compressed air inlet from air compressor to equipment at required pressure as per OEM recommendations. (q) All other accessories as per OEM for satisfactory operations is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates. (r) Machine shall be manufactured in accordance with all applicable ISO/CE standards and OEM quality assurance procedures. NOTE- (i) Anti vibrations pads for machines as per OEM recommendations is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.. (ii) Construction of foundation shall be measured and paid under respective schedule. (iii) Water inlet pipe , drain pipe & connected valves shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Compressed air inlet pipe shall be measured and paid separately. (v) All electrical connections from 3 pole and neutral Tempra plug and socket shall be 3 core FRLSH, PVC insulated copper cable conforming to IS 694:2010 of suitable size, deemed to be included in quoted rates. (vi) The machine shall have 24 months warranty from date of commissioning. ( NOTE- The rates against description given in srl item no 1 and 1.01 of BoQ shall be quotted against srl item no 1 )

All as per srl item No 1 & 1.01 above, but of capacity 130 Kg dry weight with VFD Controlled drive motor of capacity minimum 30 HP with same capacity inverter and including heater of capacity minimum 60 KW complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 1 & 1.01 above, but of capacity 11 Kg dry weight with VFD controlled drive motor of capacity minimum 1.5 HP with same capacity inverter and including heater of capacity minimum 6 KW complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 1 & 1.01 above, but for Industrial type, hygienic barrier, washer & extractor machine with minimum 15 Kg dry weight capacity, double door type with front loading for dirty laundry and rear unloading for clean laundry arrangement with electrically / mechanically interlocked doors having 3 HP drive motor with same capacity inverter and including heater of 9 KW complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Industrial type drying tumbler of minimum 60 kg dry linen capacity, complete with following specifications: (a) Capacity of minimum 60 kg dry linen capacity per batch (b) Electrical Supply suitable for operation on 415 ±10% V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, 4 Wire AC supply. (c) Outer body shall be constructed using cubical welded construction method from heavy duty mild steel sheets having powder-coated finish. Inner basket/drum shall be fabricated from densely perforated stainless steel sheet (grade SS304) of minimum 1.2 mm thickness. (d) The machine shall have front loading with toughned glass door arrangement. (e) The machine shall have drive motor of minimum 2 HP capacity with same capacity blower motor and all motors shall be controlled through Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). (f) The machine shall have Electric heating radiator/heating element of minimum 27 kW capacity. (g) The machine shall have fully programmable microprocessor/PLC-based controller with programmable drying cycle, programmable drying & cool down time with automatic cool-down features, multiple drying programs, auto digital temperature control with moisture control having digital colour touch-screen display for monitoring and control of drying operations. (h) The machine shall minimum vibrations. (i) The machine shall have various safety features such as door limit switch/interlock arrangement, emergency stop push button, overload and over-temperature protection, safety interlocks for reliable and trouble-free operation etc, complete all per OEM recommendations.

(j) The machine shall have stainless steel self-collecting lint filter having lint screen made of fine stainless steel mesh, easily removable for cleaning. (k) The machine shall have forward and reverse drum rotation during drying cycle and automatic cycle completion and shut-down. (l) Connection of hot air exhaust oulet from machine to common exhaust duct shall be as per OEM recommendation, (m) All other accessories as per OEM for satisfactory operations is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates. (r) Machine shall be manufactured in accordance with all applicable ISO/CE standards and OEM quality assurance procedures. NOTE- (i) Anti vibrations pads for machines as per OEM recommendations is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates. (ii) Construction of foundation shall be measured and paid under respective schedule. (iii) All electrical connections from 3 pole and neutral Tempra plug and socket shall be 3 core FRLSH, PVC insulated copper cable conforming to IS 694:2010 of suitable size, deemed to be included in quoted rates. All as per srl item No 5 & 5.01 above, but of capacity 120 Kg dry weight with VFD Controlled drive motor of capacity minimum 5 HP with same capacity blower motor and including heater of capacity minimum 54 KW complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 5 & 5.01 above, but of capacity 11 Kg dry weight with VFD Controlled drive motor of capacity minimum 0.5 HP with same capacity blower and including heater of capacity minimum 9 KW complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Industrial type dry cleaning machine of minimum 12 kg dry linen capacity, complete as following specifications :- (a) Capacity of minimum 12 kg dry load capacity per batch. (b) Electrical Supply suitable for operation on 415 ±10% V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, 4 Wire AC supply. (c) Outer body shall be constructed using cubical welded construction method from heavy duty mild steel sheets having powder-coated finish having glass wool thermal insulation. Inner basket/drum shall be fabricated from densely perforated stainless steel sheet (grade SS304) of minimum 1.2 mm thickness. (d) The machine shall be front loading open-pocket type. (e) The machine shall have VFD controlled drive motor of minimum 5.5 HP capacity. (f) The machine shall have electric heating of minimum 9.5 kW capacity. (g) The machine shall have fully programmable microprocessor/PLC-based controller with multiple cleaning programs, having digital colour touch-screen display for monitoring and diagnostics. (h) The machine shall have minimum vibrations. (i) The machine shall have various safety features such as door limit switch/ interlock arrangement, emergency stop push button, overload protection, safety interlocks for reliable and trouble-free operation etc, complete all per OEM recommendations. (j) The machine shall be provided with filter for solvent all as per OEM recommendation. (k) The machine shall have forward and reverse drum rotation as per OEM recommendation. (l) All other accessories as per OEM for satisfactory operations is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates. (m) Machine shall be manufactured in accordance with all applicable ISO/CE standards and OEM quality assurance procedures. (n) The machine shall have water inlet and drain outlets of suitable size. (o) The machine shall have suitable size drain valve for drainage into drain duct.
