Dismantling of existing water proofing treatment (unreinforced cement concrete polymeric water proofing membrane and cement mortar) not exceeding 15 cm thickness above the ground level complete all as specified and directed.

25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and finishing the surface even and smooth as in padding concrete/roof slab including mixing of Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar(1:4) , using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid for separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per square metre including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for fixing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/Sqm) laid on primed surface of roofs using butane torch, and sealing all joints after and including applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per square metre over clean RCC roof surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismantling of water tank of capacity exc 250 and not exc. 500 litres and removing to store and supply and fixing of 500 Litres rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top & FDA approved, tripple layer body, 100% UA stablised, rust proof) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, complete, all as specified and as directed. Note : Water storage tank shall be White and screwed lid

The snap grid shall consist of aluminium anodised main and cross tee of size 36.5 x 25 x 1.4 mm weighing 0.24 Kg/Rm and 23.5 x 26.4 x 1.4 mm weighing 0.191 Kg/Rm respectively. The main and cross tee shall be jointed at junction crossing with aluminium anodized angle bracket of size 15 x 15 x1.5 mm weighing 0.12 Kg/Rm fixed with suitable MS bolts, nuts and washers. The snap grid (main/cross tee section) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with aluminium anodized angle of size 40 x 25 x 2 mm weighing 0.36 Kg/Rm fixed to wall with suitable arrangement and providing 4 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified.
