Material and labour for 16 mm thick mineral fiber or polycarbonate ceiling of size 600 x 600mm board Acoustic CAC-35, fire resist (class -A (UL), light reflectance-0.90, standard humidity resistance-99% and fine texture factory applied latex paint, including frame work for ceiling of GI frame work main tee of size 24 x 32 mm., having 0.27 mm gauge at every 1200 mm. centre to centre maximum and rotary stitched cross tee of size 24 x 27 mm, having 0.27 mm gauge at every 600 mm. c/c. and sub cross tee of size 24 x 27 mm, having 0.25 mm gauge at 1200 mm c/c. and wall angle of size 19 x 19 mm, having 0.35 mm gauge fixed to the periphery of the wall. The above grid is suspended at every 1200mm c/c. in both directions using 2.0 mm. thick pre straightened GI wire laying fine fissured butt edge complete all as specified as directed. (Make: Armstrong or equivalent of make as mentioned in PS)

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out and filling with PCC all round and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m as in soft/loose soil.complete all as specified and directed. Note PCC will be measured and paid separately .

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface & applying one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks modular size, built in CM 1 : 6, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius on plan complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for new surfaces of wall applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing aluminium window shutters and making unworkable shutters workable (which incls replacing roller,rubber beading etc) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Glass & stain less steel wire mesh shall be measured & paid separaely)

Material and Labour for point wiring complete with multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volt grade, conforming IS 694 & colour code in conduit system of wiring, drawn in including medium grade PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia concealed/existing coduit, including cutting chases and making good disturbed surface complete, including single core solid conductor copper 1.5 sqmm size solid PVC insulated unsheathed cable as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly drawn in same conduit complete all as specified.
