Half brick masonry with bricks of class designation 75 in foundations and plinth and in superstructure in Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level.

P&L in position RCC 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5/20mm nominal size) above plinth level upto floor V level including centering, shuttering (Formwork)but excluding cost of reinforcement in:- Columns, Pillars, Posts & struts, Beams (straight or curved), rib of coffers, lintels, brackets, shelves, suspended floors, roofs (any slope), water tank, slabs of coffers, landings, balconies, shelves chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral staircases, arches, arch ribs, domes, vaults shells, folded plate, staircase steps including waist slab, folded steps etc. Nothing extra shall be paid for any additional height of formwork.

Providing steel thermo mechanically treated bars conforming to IS:45612000 reinforcement for all RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete including cost of steel reinforcement and binding with 18-20 gauge, soft drawn concealed steel binding wire complete. All work upto floor V level. (Make Tata Tiscon / Rashtriya Ispat/SAIL)

10-15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement; 4 coarse sand) in single coat on rough/fair side of single or half brick walls for interior/exterior plastering. All work upto floor V level.

P&F gang saw cut mirror polished (pre moulded and pre polished) machine cut for kitchen platform, vanity counters window sills of required colour laid over 20 mm thick base Cement concrete 1:4. Granite of any colour and shape. (16mm thick) including cost of edge moulding, granite polishing to give a high gloss finish etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall/ ceiling/slopping surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac). All work upto floor V level.

P/fixing 19mm thick water proof ply incl cost of fevicol, nails, wastage & carriage etc complete. Green ply/ Century make. (premium quality)

Supplying and fixing of 6mm thick waterproof ply to be fixed on the back side of counter or botttom of drawer including cost of nails, fevicols, wastage complete. (Make Green/Archid) and then two or more coats of synthetic enamal paint with base coat of primer etc. complete.

Providing M.S Piano hinges ISI Marked IS: 3818 furnished with nickle plating and fixing with neccessary screws etc complete. Overall width 50 mm

Providing and fixing special quality bright finished brass cupboard of wardrob locks with four levers including necessary screws etc. Complete. Make of approved quality. 50 mm

P/F 50mm bright finished cupboard of wardrob knob with necessary screws (best make of approved quality).

P/F of bright finished brass handles with screws etc.complete. 100 mm

P/F of powder coated telescopic drawer channels 450 mm long with necessary screws etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Salwood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position including applying a coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).
