Repairing and overhauling of roller by detaching roller assembling from gate with help of jigs and fixture jacks, etc. cutting lock plate by gas cutter lifting roller assembling from gate by manila rope and shifting to woking plateform, dismantling roller assembling ,cleaning ,washing,repairing wornout roller shaft by remetaling machining ,polishing and reassembling including replacing bearing, rubber seal, o ring, grease nipple, etc. shifting to gate and refitting in gate greasing and testing etc. by operating gate in including all cost of material , labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work per roller from gate no 1 to 5 at Allahabad Branch TRC Raibareli. in District Raibareli.Work will be Carried out as per Specification and I.S. Code.
