breakdown call (8:30 Am to 5 Pm) and after the end of the

general shift , on demand service call to be attended by

technical person. Vender should provide dedicated mobile no.

/Landline No. for breakdown calls. Technician should attend

breakdown call within half an hour/ immediately. The persons

deployed by the contractor should be properly trained, have

requisite experience and skills to carryout Maintenance of

Modular OTs and related equipment using appropriate materials

and tools/equipment.
