Assistance for excavating of earth, levelling of ground, clearing of sludge, trench/drain development etc by through due mechnicial assistance all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and guttersetc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of Asbestos Cement sheet

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per directionof Engineer-in-charge In cement mortar.

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in:Channels, angles, tees and flats

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

White washing with lime to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering andshuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C.posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :-Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used with G.I. barbed wire

Supplying at site:R.C.C. Standards post/ struts/rails/ pales of mix 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 coarsesand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid separately).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived fromnatural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 2.8.1 All kinds of soil.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 1km (earth measuredin stacks will be reduced by 20% for payement)

Providing and placing of plants (Including transportation of plants) with minimum height of 2 feet of different fruit bearing varieties / medicinal Plants/ native Plants such as Teak, Bamboo, Ashoka, Sal, Mango, Jamun, Guava, mulberry, pomegranate etc. and native plants such as peepal, Ashoka, Kadam, Badam including planting of plants at the existing pit with filling of available good earth including transportation of plants etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge (The cost of good earth and excavation of pit will be paid separately).

Supplying of water by tanker and watering of plants in the alternate days including transportation of water with a lead of 1km and also security of plants and Civil Structure for the maintenance period of one year etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge (85% of minimum survial of plants at each billing cycle).

Supplying stacing and laying of size 63mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge
