Material & Labour for pumping out water from static water tanks of capacity upto 50000 Glns including clearing of weeds, mud, sand /silt deposited at bottom by any means etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete walls of SWT etc or from any other situation including raking out joints , hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound. Make : Pidilite/Sika

M& L for Waterproof Coating on Internal floor and wall using NITOCOTE CM 210 or equivalent of 2mm thickness and as specified in below steps by auth agency :- a) Surface Preparation: Surface shall be grained manual to ensure free from frost, surface laitance and contamination free from loose aggregate or other sharp protrusions with fairly smooth finish for application of waterproof coating. (b) Priming surface:Surface shall be primed with water and wet the surfaces prior to coating. Any excess water collection shall be removed using sponge ensure for better bonding. (c) System: Providing and applying two coats to achieve minimum 2.0mm thickness, the waterproofing coating shall be of Nitocote CM210 or equivalent as approved by GE, an elastomeric cementations coating. System shall consist of two-component polymer modified cementations coating supplied in pre-packaged form. The product should be designed to be easily mixed on site using a slow speed drill fitted with mixing paddle to apply on substrate using trowel. The cured coating, after immersion, shall be capable of withstanding cracked substrate cyclic movement from 0- 300 - 0 microns at 15°C for 6,000 cycles without failure all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -Charge at all levels. (d) Provide mechanical key : Sand shall be manually broadcast over the second coat immediately to ensure the protective layer shall be bonded to waterproofed coating layer. The rates quoted for this items deemed to be inclusive of all the provisons from (a) to (d) specified here-in-before.

Material & Labour for cutting channel , V groove n exc 15 cm girth in RCC wall and clean the surface by removing dust and unwanted material by air presure to insert nozzle for injecting cement slurry into cracks developed in the wall all as specified and directed by Engineer-In Charge. Note : The work to be executed by auth agency as approved by GE before execution of the work.

M&L for treating the “ V ” groove by sealing the construction joints/cracks with crack sealing cementitious material Renderoc CS or equivalent as approved by GE in writing before incorporation in the work, following by providing injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the cold joint by injecting cement slurry mixed with grout admixture like Cebex 100 or equivalent @ 225 gms.per bag of cement or as per manufacture 's instructions in the required consistency through the pre fixed PVC nozzles in the 18 mm dia holes @ 0.5 mtr c/c , fixing of PVC nozzles with Renderoc Plug and final cutting the projected nozzles and sealing off the PVC nozzles after the injection operation is over with Renderoc plug or equivalent, non-shrink rapid setting mortar compound, finishing, curing etc. as per manufacturers specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The work to be executed by auth agency as approved by GE.

Material & Labour for Gola / Coving by providing and applying at the junction of base slab and vertical offsets with Cement Mortar 1:4 and admixed with Conplast X421IC or equivalent at dosage of 125 ml per bag of Cement as per manufacture's instructions at a size of 75 mm x 75 mm all as specified, all as per manufacturers instructions and directed by Engineer-In Charge.(water proofing admixture measured and paid seperately ) Note : The work to be executed by auth agency as approved by GE.

Material & Labour for treating the area around Inlet/outlet pipes by cleaning the surface with wire brushing followed pressure cleaning using water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles. Applying a coat of styrene- butadiene based polymer coating using Nitobond SBR or equivalent to enhance adhesion. Packing the gap using Fibre reinforced shrinkage compensated, polymer modified structural grade repair mortar ; Renderoc S2 or equivalent ,upto the finished wall surface whilst the Nitobond SBR or equivalent is in tacky state. Typical Properties Compressive strength at 28day as per BS 1881 45N/mm2, completely as per the manufacturer’s instruction all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : The work to be executed by auth agency as approved by GE before execution of the work.

Dismantling of roof tiles and mud phuska and Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment including cleaning of roof by brooming,washing and roughening roof surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: 1. If any lightening conducture will found duing dismantling of roof tiles at site shall be carefully removed and refixed in the same position after laying of APP membrane as per direction by Engr-in Charge. 2. No additional rate shall be paid for removal and refixing of lighting conducture to the contractor.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically curshed stone aggregate as in roof padding or in simiar work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrance minium weighing 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less then 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface including priming surface of roof by applying bituminous primer not less then 0.40 Ltr/sqm by the same mambrance manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ Ltr at 250 C temp and viscosity 70-16 cps laid by the authorised agent of the manufacturer duly approved in writting before executing the treatment and prepration of surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : IWL / Shiva Bitumen/Bengal bitumen. Note : 10% of the amount of water proofing treatment items shall be kept reserverd and contractor shall give 10 years written guarantee for water proofing. However contractor can deposit a FDR of same amount and if contractor fails to rectify the defects occured during this period the same shall be get rectified at contractor's risk and cost and payment shall be made by encashing the FDR deposited for this purpose.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid over cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item no 13 above here-in-before but except tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge. Note : Old serviceable brick tiles as obtained from dismantling shall be reused after proper cleaning.

Raking out joints of pointing to brick work or brick tiles surface, laid flat, in floors or over roof built in cement mortar, surface channels etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to brick tiles surface laid flat as in pavings or over roof in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in any description and in any position of pavings n exc 15 cm thick not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregateas in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, wheel guard and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including provision of necessary form work as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 using old bricks obtained from demolition at srl item no 19 above complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer –In -Charge.

M&L brick work with sub clas 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall but in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item no 22 above here-in-before but except bricks (old bricks obtained from demolition of brick work as in item no 19 shall be reused after proper cleaning).

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 to the brick or concrete surfaces on ceiling,rendering is to finished even and smooth complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. M&L for applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (white shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats to ceiling surfaces over & including a coat of interior primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 plain or reinforced using 20 mm graded aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered edges, base of over head tank , chajjas, beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels, Chullah hoods; stairways, staircase, RCC water tanks of any type in fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings, sunken floor etc. including all necessary formwork straight or curved as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets of Tile Profile having TCT 0.45mm thick, rib height 28mm, Min. 550 Mpa Grade, pitch 200mm with 16mm step depth, of colour as approved as in roof covering, including supply and fixing of ridge of plain sheet of same colour, material and manufacturer fixed with fasteners/screws as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of 0.5mm thick, rib having tensile strength of 550MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - Indian Ispat, TATA Blue scope, JSW, Bhushan Galvacolor, Prestar, A one Industries, CRIL. Note : Fixing of sheets will be done strictly according as per manufacurer's instructions.
