M & L Double charged Light shade/ Dark shade vitrified tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm and 8-10 mm thick following the specifications as per IS 15622-2006, cut to required size set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles as in floor incl screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying of floor tiles incl dismantling of floor tiles/ stone slabs including bedding (but not backing), and rubbish off premises or removed to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16 mm thick granite slab, polished as mirror finish without any hairline crack, as in cooking platforms, steps, window cills, incl proper edge moulding & cutting holes for gas pipe through drill machine and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl dismantling and rubbish off premises or removed to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles incl screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying of floor tiles incl dismantling of floor tiles including bedding (but not backing), and rubbish off premises or removed to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado / skirting / risers to steps etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles over incl rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1 : 4 for fixing of wall tiles incl dismantling of wall tiles & rendering upto wall surface and rubbish off premises or removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded aggregate as in sub-base flooring 25 mm thick surface (levelling course) finished even and rough to receive the topping layer incl demolition of old unreinforced sub base pcc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:1.5:3, type A-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match set in CM 1:4 incl demolition of old reinforcement cement concrete (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild Steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Modular Brick work with Fly Ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 incl demolition of old brick work or stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection finishing even & smooth without using extra cement laid in bays with construction, 6mm thick joints should be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 80/100 gde and three part of sand ( all by weight) incl demolition of old unreinforced plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl taking down old cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified and directed.
