Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors including base concrete and including stacking of dismatled materials as directed by the Engineer-in- charge with in a distance of 60 meter (200 feet). S.I. No. 697.

Cement Concrete with 4cm gague approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proporation of 8:4:1 inculding supply of all materials labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

WBM Grading 2 (63 to 45 mm Stone ballast) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

WBM Grading 3 (22.4-53 mm Stone ballast) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

M-150 brick work in One part cement and Three part Course sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & T&P required for proper completion of work as per SI.No. 307.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and approved course sand in proportion 1:3 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work SI.NO. 583

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, Using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501

Cement concrete with 4cm gague approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proporation of 4:2:1 but with 2cm gaguge stone gritt instead of 4cm gauge stone ballast inculding supply of all materials labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.As par S.I No-279A Ch.-05

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost. as per S.I. No. 284 of Ch. 5.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No. 504 of Ch. 10.

Providing and Fixing of Display Board i/c Writing and inculding supply of all materials labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.
