Schedule 'A' Section - I

Supply, installation and testing of Diesel Engine driven generating set 40kVA 3 Phase 415 volt 50 Hz with Governing class (as per ISO 8528 Part V) -G2 incl sound reducing canopy (sound level not more than 75 db) with following specifications:- (a) Alternator : Directly coupled with Engine and suitable to produce 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire system, 50 Hz 0.8 PF @1500 RPM of capacity 40kVA all as per as per IS: 13364 and up to date amendments with H class insulation having efficiency 91% on 100% load at 0.8 PF. (b) Engine : Air cooled Deisel Engine (CPCB Norms Compliance) developing Min 42kW / 56 BHP or as recommended by the manufacturer for 1300 mtr altitude having Self start engine (including batteries with provn of charging the batteries and leads) suitable to drive above specified alternator complete with foundation (foundation design as per OEM), as per IS:10001/ 10002. (c) Canopy : Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated out of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet. The silent canopy shall be of nut bolt type construction. Critical processes of punching is done on CNC machines to maintain dimensional accuracy of holes within 0.1 mm. Powder coating is done after seven‐tank surface preparation process of sheet metal. Canopy panel and doors shall have inside lining of FIRE‐RETARDANT foam as acoustic material . Four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy, one door shall have glass window for control panel.

(d) Base Frame : Base frame is fabricated in sheet metal. The base frame will be primer coated and painted. The base frame is rugged n construction and designed for mounting engine and alternator close coupled, with cross members mounted on AVM. The base frame shall have provision for mounting of acoustic enclosure & control panel on in it. The base frame is having provision of lifting hook for convenient lifting of complete set, i.e. along with canopy, engine and alternator. (e) Generating Panel :- DG set should consist of standard Generating Panel. (f) Exhaust System:- The exhaust system and noise suppressor shall be provided with thermal insulation by using fire retardant / non igniting foam conforming to BIS 7888/BS 4375 to prevent excess heat radiation on the engine and safe for operator. (g) Fuel Tank:- Fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 16 SWG CRCA MS Sheet . It is duly painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connections. Float gauge and fuel float switch is provided. Fuel tank shall have guage duly calibrated at every 5 mtrs.

Note:- 1. Capacity of alternator at 1300 meters altitute -40 kVA, AC 3 Phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz. and as recommended by the manufacturer for above sized motor. 2. Place of installation- Near PAO (ORs) 14 GTCSubathu. 3. PCC platform 1:2:4 600 mm thick using 40mm graded stone aggregate to suit base frame size 45 cms below & 15 cms above ground level. Grouting 08 bolts of 600mm x 30mm and fixing the engine and alternator with base frame on the platform. PCC shall be measured & paid separately. 4. Engine and alternator shall be assembled on common steel frame by the manufacturer itself and not by rep / authorised agent / sister concern etc. 5. Engine shall be designed keeping in consideration of de-rating factor for 1300 meters altitute. 6. Canopy and engine shall be of same make. 7. Installation, testing and commissioning of Gen Set shall be done in presence of maufacturer's Engineer and not by any authorised person / rep/sister concern etc 8. DG Set to be tested for 12 Hrs contineously on full load (Rated load) including 1 Hr at 110% load. All testing materials and fuel to be provided by the contractor.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area size 120 sq mm 3.5 core.

Supply, install, test & commission LT panel outdoor type dust & Vermin proof self supporting fabricated out of CRCA steel sheet 3 mm thick, of size 1350 X 2200X 600 ( l x b x h) mm with base ISMB 100 mm and Angle Iron frame (50x50x5 mm) support to mount panel and tightened with 06 Nos 30 mm x 15 mm bolts & nuts with 4 Legs 30 cms below & 30 cms above GL grouted in PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 , cubicle type floor mounting, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC supply, having cable ally on both sides of panel independant bays for incomming & outgoings with openable from front, rear, left & right side . Duly painted with powder coating (10 tank process). Cable lugs are to be used to terminate cables/wires. Existing incomming connections are to be re-arranged as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Single core copper cables shall be used for connections from bus bar to MCCBs/MCBs/instuments etc. Size of cables - Contact block to Incoming MCCB and change over switch to bus bar - 120 sqmm, bus bar to out going MCCBS and MCCBs to contact blocks - 70 sqmm, bus bar to MCBs and MCBs to contact blocks 10 sqmm and 1 sqmm for other applications. Following shall deemed to be included in the cost of panel:- Note: Panel drawing should be approved by Garrison Engineer and CPRI.

(3) Onload Changeover Switch 100 Amps, 4 pole - 01 Nos. Note: Size of cables - outgoing of Incoming MCCBs and incoming of change over switch - 120 sqmm single core copper cables.

B : Bus Bar - Electrolytic high conductivity annealed copper strip of X-sectional area 25 X 5 sqmm – 04 Nos and GI strip Earth Busbar 25 X 6 sqmm - 01 No.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of electric poles, struts PCC blocks and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to equipment by using GI strips of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts,nuts,checknut & washers of galvanised iron all as shown in elect plate No.3 of MES schedule and connected to earthing test point all as specified and directed including earth pit of size 30cm x 30cm x 45cm made of PCC 1:3:6 and PCC 1:2:4 cover, funnel, GI tubing etc. & testing on completion, all as specified.

Supply & fixing Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of energy efficient BLDC (Brush less direct current) ceiling fan, White Coloured, AC, single phase, 230 volts, 1200 mm sweep suitable for regulator with 3 blades having super enameled full copper wounded BLDC motor, with BEE 5 star rating, not less than 250 RPM, not less than Air deliverry 245 cubic meter per minute (+ 10%) along with canopy cover, down rod, U clamp, including electronic regulator 2 module 60 watt capacity step down type, incl making connection with 3 core PVC flexible stranded copper cable of size 1 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Contractor shall write MES No. with black colour synthetic enamel paint on every ceiling fan complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge and the quoted rates shall deemed to include the cost of same. (ii) Supply and fixing of electronic regulator 2 module 60W shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with stranded FRLS copper conductor single core 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area), PVC insulated cable in and incl casing-n-caping of size 20mm medium grade with all connecting accessories incl mild steel sunken boxes grouting in walls or as per directed by Engr-in-Charge suitable for mounting switch/sockets/Fan regulator with earth dolly duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl mounting frame over cover plate, covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet,& making good distrubed surface of wall with cement including paintng to match with the existing surface incl PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) single core PVC cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

One Fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L switch piano, flush type, single pole 1 way 6 Amp,ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Ceiling rose, 3 terminal, PVC / polycarbonate, isolated body fixed on PVC box of size 4X4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L fix in repair Plywood, grade BWP, type BB fixed , (6 mm thickness & 5 No. of Ply) with screws to timber framework with screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing pipe galvanized, “Medium class”, including fittings 40 mm dia.with grouting on both side of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in ceiling ( Cement plaster 1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
