Supply of 30.5 M Flag Mast shall be in three sections, Hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875. GA drawing of mast is attached, along with special Type Dome. Mast shall be suitable for Indian Tri Colour Flag Size 30 Ft x 20 Ft. Flag to be paid separately. System for raising Lowering of flag It shall have double drum winch, 6 mm dia stainless steel wire rope and integral power tool for the raising and lowering of flag . Supply of system with 3C X 2.5 sqm copper armoured cable for aviation light. PU painting of high mast shaft with a coating of each primer and PU paint.

Supply of foundation volts manufactured from special steel alongwith Nuts, washer , anchor Plates and Templates.

Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Integral LED aviation obstruction light comprising of alluminium housing with polycarbonet enclosure.

Supply of 5 M high hot dip galvanised octagonal pole suitable to mount 2 Nos. flood light fitting at top

Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of 350 watt LED flood light luminaire with extruded aluminium housing cum heat sink with IP66 protection.

Supply of national flag of size 30 Ft x 20 Ft in 100% knitted polyester (140 gsm) , with reinforced super strong nylon webbing on all 3 sides & rope/toggle sleeve with all three colour fabrics and central chakra complete.

Construction of shallow foundation with M 20 grade concrete for the Highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity (10T/SQM) at site at suitable depth with all materials and labour.

Erection of the flag Mast with the help of suitable equipments and assembly of operating system and flag supplied by agency.

Erection of the 2 nos. fitting on suitable pole.
