Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar incl all quions arches, pillar or any other descrption etc including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT authority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.

Disconnecting existing tanks 2000 ltrs to 5000 ltrs,setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning,repairing, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cast iron / reinforced concrete / PVC drain pipes / PVC (SWR ) pipes of 150/100/75 mm bore with all fittings from any position including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT authority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.

Dismantling existing Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT authority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.

Demolition of Mud phuska in roofs, any thickness,including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) in any position including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT authority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.

Cutting grooves or rebates in parapet walls 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and making good in cement mortar 1:3 after inserting APP membrane and shaping horizontal face of groove complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roofs or terraces,cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen 85/25 and clean dry sand in the ratio of 1:1 by weight complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out roots of trees penetrated on roof surface,tank staging,parapet wall,junction of CI pipes,PVC pipe joint/concrete surface,plinth protection,vegetation with roots if any ,cleaning the surface upto a depth of 600 mm,side off chiselling,demolition of brickwork,concrete work .After complete treatment pouring concentrated acid/chemicals upto the depth of roots and making good the disturbrd surface complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cement concrete in roof padding, roof kerbs or mud stops,back filling of chowkats, holdfasts,coping,bed plates,cills,benching rounded or chamfered on edges with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops,back filling of chowkats, holdfasts,coping,bed plates,cills,benching rounded or chamfered on edges with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
