Special Eligibility Criteria

   1.Proper execution and completion of the contract is the sole responsibility of the firm participating in the tender. 2.The offered make/brand /item is FDA certified. In case supplies are made for uncertified ones,the consignment shall be rejected. 3.The maximum retail price(MRP) as fixed by the manufacturer,shall be legibly available on the product.Same shall be mentioned by the consignee on firms bill. Minimum of the MRP or the all inclusive purchase order rate ,shall only be payable. 4.The purchaser reserved the right to cancel the PO consequent to breach of contract with user risk and cost or by levying 10 % PO value as general damage ot forfeiture of security deposit as deemed fit by the purchaser. 5.The remaining shelf life of the offered product should not be less than12 months of expiry 6.Each strip/packet/bottle that contains the drug should have a printing /stamping with indelible ink of FOR USE OF SOUTH CENTRAL RAILWAY- NOT FOR SALE.Firms are advised to put their holograms on their products/cartons. 7.MRP and Brand name of the offered drug/Medicine must be mentioned in remarks column and scanned copy of package indicating the same must be enclosed. 8.NO Bills will be accepted without GST Regisration 9.Firms should quote all financial terms only in the relevant columns of the Financial bid.such terms quoted any where else will be ignored.
