Dismantling of the old existing weigh bridge by way of unfastening of the Chequred plate, Girders, Load Cells, cross members & other fittings/fixtures by involving skilled personnel for safe dismantling of the existing bridge. The job involves arrangement of all the tools/ tackles necessary for safe & complete dismantling. The job also includes safe shifting & stacking of all the dismantled structure viz. MS Chequred plates, Girders & load Cells at some suitable place in the Godowns.

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & successful Commissioning of 40MT capacity Pit less Type (12Mx3M) Electronic weigh bridge. The job involves following processes & involvement of material as detailed under; Cost on account of Fully Welded Pit less Modular Type Weighbridge having platform structure of size (12Mx3M) conforming to capacity of 40MT with overload capacity +20%, With minimum resolution 10kg in compliance with accuracy standards of Weight & Measures. The Platform shall be made out of E-350 Grade Mild Steel Chequered Plate as per IS; 2062, Main I-Beam outof E-350 Grade plate, The Main beam, Cross supports & Top Plate shall be completely welded to each other. The Bridge should be provided with suitable Glide frame on both sides. All the fasteners must be of carbon steel/stainl less steel of IS Standard. The whole structure shall be painted by 2 Coat of Zinc rich epoxy anti corrosive primer. All structural Material shall conform to IS 2062 Standard. Providing/Fitting of the Load Cell 8 NO, Compression SS type of high overload capacity with no corner adjustment of 30MT Capacity each Heavy Duty Precision Transducers Load Cells along with mounting assembly Hermetically Sealed, weather proof, IP68 protection with inbuilt Shock Proof, Lightning/Surge Protection having safe overload & Ultimate over load capacity of 150% & 300% respectively. The load cell cable shall be of adequate length, Triple shielded, 6 core. The load cell shall conform to OIML- C3 Accuracy class Standard or higher class standard, protection class – IP 68 & IP-69 K, , Total 08 no of load cells of reputted make.

Providing/Fitting of the Smart Intelligent Terminal System capable of operating on 230Volt AC,±10% 50HZ, 1 ǿ AC Supply, ambient Temperature of -10 degree to 40degree Microprocessor based technology Direct Connect Dot- Matrix/Laser Printer with full Graphical LCD Display (130x40MM) with inbuilt 2.0 to 2.5 Lac Memories Storage Facility with USB Port for data entry & USB interface facility for data back up in external memory stick (Pen Drive) with vehicle vise entry & report printing. The job also includes providing of suitable capacity power back up system(UPS) .

Providing/fitting of High Protection Junction Box with double compression glands with surge & lighting protection provided with water proof cable PG-9 Gland, IP 67 protected (AL IP 65). The job includes P/F of the external metal Box with locking facility for extra load cell cable & junction box. P/F of the key board for Weighment Data Entry with 50MM Jumbo Display, TVS Make Dot Matrix Printer & Weighment Management Software along with load Cell Cable Shield & allied accessories.

Providing/Fixing of the Flexible Conduct Pipe 1 Meter for each Load Cell (Rat Protection), power cable for Digitizer, RS 232 interfacing Cable for communication with PC.

Testing and calibration of Weigh Bridge , stamping & handing over after Stamping & Verification by Weights & Measures Department (Legal Metrology Department). The firm shall arrange the test weights for above process.

Earthing of the weigh bridge by way of chemical earthing. The Earthing system should be based on use of G.I Pipe not less than 50mm dia . The earth electrodes shall be driven to depth of not less than 2.5 meters below the ground level and atleast 2.5 meter away from the system. There shall be no requirement to add water or any other chemical any time after intial installation..

Providing and fitting of constant voltage stablizer 5 Kva having range 90V-220.The transformer should be copper wound , Iis to be fitted on the wall with help of fasteners as required at site.

AMC; Annual Maintenance contract of 03 years after completion of the guarantee period.The firm shall depute their service Engineer Quartely to attend preventive maintenance . The job includes free repairs of the parts during AMC Period , if found faulty i.e load cell, indicators . The job also includes Calibration and stamping during AMC period and shall arrange Government offical visits to weights and measurements for verfication and stamping .
