Providing and fitting of landing lock complete set by way of dismantling the old one from the car and refitting of new one. The job includes the skilled tools, tackles and labour. The job further includes the testing of car on full load after intalling the above said item.

Providing and fitting of landing lock spring by way of removing the old and damaged spring from the car door and fitting of new one.

Providing and fitting of car track roller by way of dismantling the old one from the door and refitting of new one. The job includes the skilled labour, tools and tackles, the job further includes the testing of car and landing door for smooth movement.

Servicing of 13 passenger lift installed at LD Hospital, Srinagar by way of oiling and greasing of the equipments after removing dust and dirt from car. The job includes setting/adjusting of safety blocks and clutch assembly of the lift. The job further includes checking the performance of the lift on idle/ full load after satisfactory servicing and repairs. The job includes providing of all consumable items required for carrying out such job.

Providing and fitting of 25 amp NO-NC contactor along with add on bloc by way of dismantling the old damaged and refitting of new one. The job includes the skilled labour, tools and tackles.

Providing and fitting of 18 amp NO-NC contactor along with add on bloc by way of dismantling the old damaged and refitting of new on. The job includes the skilled labour, tools and tackles.

Minor repairs of electromechanical break system by way of readjusting the break sensing swich on both side of break system, the job includes the testing of three phase supply of different protection device in the panel with the help of multimeter and other devices. the job also includes skilled tools, tackles and labour to get elevator fit for working.

Providing and fitting 13 MM dia steel rope of length 150 Mtr by way of dismantling the motor and sheave assembly from the main housing the job includes the providing of 2 no of chain pulley bloc having capacity of 3 ton each to lift the car and counter weight, the job includes the dismantling the sheave assembly from the main housing of motor and installing the wire having specification mentioned above on the sheave pulley in 5 grooves, the job includes the refitting of motor and sheave back to it's original position slong with counter weight and car. the job also includes the lubrication, cleaning wherever required,skilled tools, tackle, labour and testing of unit on full load.
