Earth work in cutting or in embankment in oridinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.5 M in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M lifts and 30 M lead, including its loading, unloading, carriage and all labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 M distance as directed by E-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.7 to 1-0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat by machanical means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in proportion of 3:1.5:1 in pavement as per design thick for c.c. road coarse & fine aggregate confirming to IS standard mixed in concrete mixture/plant of not less then 0.2 cum capacity &appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed form work (steel channel) laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation pavements for not less then 14 days curring compound (where as specified) and water finishing to lines & grade including supply of all material, labour tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of work and also including complete shifting of material & concrete etc. as per new Item 4 og Ch 20

Supplying & Fixing of retro reflective sign board with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel (HIP type IV) as per approved design & drawing. Retro Reflective (HIP type IV) sign board warranty upto 7 years. Rate includes fabrication, supply of materials, transportation and erection of the signage structure for proper completion of work.

Maintenance of Bituminous surface road and gravel or WBm road including filling pot holes and patch repair etc. restoration of rain cuts and dressing of side slop standing tree at adjacent to road wherever cutting of branches of tree, shurb and traimming of grass and weeds etc mentioned in GO No.55 12022/187/23-9-2022-02 Nabard / 2021 Dt 28.04.2022 & Enc letter No. 14 BDD-1 (NH)/40 MT-11/ 2024 Dated 03.01.2024 subjected to approval from Govt. maintence of 1st Year after completion of work @ Zero % of Total work amount of Item 1 to 10 Maintainance of first Year @ 0.00% of Total Work Amount of CC Area
