MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS TO DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS, APFC PANELS VOLTAGE STABILIZERS AND CONNECTED LT NETWORK FOR ASCON NODES, RAMGARH AND DABLA UNDER GE (A) JAISALMER

Taking down and disconnecting defective transformer 11/0.433 KV of capacity upto 63 KVA to 100 from foundation/ pole by using crane and transporting to workshop or factory (authorised for such repair) for repair after disconnecting HV side HT cable or HT aluminium conductor and LV side LT cable , dismantling the same for repair & renewal of unserviceable parts and reassembling complete ,spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled grey paint after preparation of old surface writing MES No with white paint of suitable size letter and transporting back from workshop to site, installation on plate form/pole, testing & commissioning to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE :- Spare parts ie, transformer oil, copper winding wire for rewinding will be measured and paid separately under supply only.

Taking down and disconnecting defective transformer 11/0.433 KV of capacity upto 160 KVA to 250 from foundation/ pole by using crane and transporting to workshop or factory (authorised for such repair) for repair after disconnecting HV side HT cable or HT aluminium conductor and LV side LT cable , dismantling the same for repair & renewal of unserviceable parts and reassembling complete ,spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled grey paint after preparation of old surface writing MES No with white paint of suitable size letter and transporting back from workshop to site, installation on plate form/pole, testing & commissioning to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE :- Spare parts ie, transformer oil, copper winding wire for rewinding will be measured and paid separately under supply only.

M&L for taking out unserviceable core and limb and HV/LV winding of transformer and taking out burnt copper winding wire cleaning carefully and rewinding the same with new superior quality 99.99% pure copper enamelled wire as per existing gauge including insulating material for transformer 63 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in - Charge.

Taking out old transformer oil and M&L new transformer oil of dielectric strength 50 KV minimum for voltage stablizer, transformer, type factory sealed with test certificate complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in - Charge.

Dehydration of transformer oil (mounted on poles/platform etc) with the help of filtering and drying plant by mechanical machines of suitable capacity to achieve dielectric strength of 50 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note : For any capacity of Transformer)

S&F in replacement of HT brass stem of transformer 63 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in - Charge.

S&F in replacement of LT brass Stem with nuts, washers of transformer 11/0.433 KV of capacity 63 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in - Charge.

S&F in replacement of breather assembly with new silica gel of transformer 11/0.433 KV of capacity 63 KVA to 100 KVA complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in - Charge.

S&F in replacement of breather assembly with new silica gel of transformer 11/0.433 KV of capacity 160 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in - Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Synthetic rubberised gaskets for top cover of transformer for 11/0.433 KV 63 KVA to 100 KVA capacity complete.
