Daily cleaning work of entire premises/all buildings/toilets (except Unity Mall premises) of Avadh Shilpgram constructed in Avadh Vihar Yojna, Lucknow with all necessary equipment and materials.

Sweeping, cleaning, mopping and scrubbing of all toilet sheets (Ladies Toilet Block, Gents Tollet Block, Handicapped Toilet Block and Room Attached Tollet Block) all urinals, all handwash basin, all ducts, all flushing cistern and its fittings, all floor of Tollets, all taps and its fittings. Cleaning of all sewer chamber, all manhole, all sewers line pipe in premises of Avadh Shilp Gram. also including supply of all labour, all essential materials all essential T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of engineer in charge deploying of man power and frequency of above work should strictly be adhered as per attached scope of work and condition mentioned in technical bid.

Total working covered area of building portion. Cleaning of all glassses of windows, all glazed, all doors, all walls, all aluminum glazing, all partition walls, ail railing and all ceiling Cleaning/dusting of all furniture, all almirah, all side racks, all computer sets, all. machines, photo copy machine, all cabin glass. Spraying Baygon/flit/sanitizer and other essential insecticides in the cabin, lower portion of the table top, corner and all premises of Avadh shilp Gram in the evening or before closing the office or function. also including supply of all labour, all essential materials all essential T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of engineer in charge deploying of man power and frequency of above work should strictly be adhered as per attached scope of work and condition mentioned in technical bid.

Brooming, sweeping and cleaning of all roads, all type drain, all parking area, all open plateform, all grill in premises, water body, all open lawn, plaza, open ampitheator, all seating arrangement, sewer line & chamber, rain water harvesting Line & chamber, other chambern, fire fighting cabin & glass, UGR, all water tank storage, all seulptures of art work, all kids play area, Exhibition hall canopy, all gate in premises ares, inner & outer side of boundry wall Total open working area of building portion. Cleaning/dusting of all sinage board, all machines, all sculptures art work and all fire fighting cabin glass etc. Spraying Baygon/flit/sanitizer and other essential insecticides in the all open premises of Avadh shilp Gram. also including supply of all labour, all essential materials all essential T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of engineer in charge deploying of man power and frequency of above work should strictly be adhered as per attached scope of work and condition mentioned in technical bid. Note:1- Manpower of atleast 17 manpower per day (for eight working hours) should be deployed for the above work for once a day for essentials premises and Including Tractor Trally-1/2Nos, Ladder, Floor Scrubbing Buffing & Polishing Machine 02No, Wet & Dry Vacum 02Nos, High Pressure Jet Machine 01Nos, Walk Behind Auto Scrubber Machine 02Nos, Hand Scrubber 02Nos, Ladder and Stool-As Per Required, and other essential tools for sweeping etc and all essential materials i e. Phynile, Phynile Ball, Hand wash, Detergent Powder, Soap, Coconut broom, Flower broom, Room Freshener, Colin, Pest Control, Mopping, Urinal Pad and other essential materials for sweeping, etc required for proper compleltion of the work. No Extra Payment will be made on this account. G.S.T. shall be paid extra as per rule 2-साफ सफाई के कार्य सामान्य दिनों में अति महत्वपूर्ण परिसर (डारमेट्री, एडमिन ब्लॉक, क्राफ्ट कोर्ट, किड्स प्ले का क्षेत्र, खण्ड कार्यालय, गेट 03 व एडमिन ब्लॉक के गेट तक के क्षेत्र) के लिए प्रतिदिन दिन में एक बार और कम महत्वपूर्ण परिसर प्रदर्शनी कक्ष, प्रदर्शनी कक्ष के सामने का लॉन, मल्टीपरपज हॉल नं0-1 व 2, फूडकोर्ट प्लाजा, वाटर बाडी, मल्टीपरपज हॉल के पीछे का क्षेत्र, पार्किंग का क्षेत्र, इलेक्ट्रिकल पैनल का क्षेत्र फूडकोर्ट के पीछे का क्षेत्र, गेट नं0-4 व 5 के पास का क्षेत्र) के लिए सप्ताह में एक बार की जायेगी तथा बुकिंग के दिनों में प्रतिदिन दिन एक बार साफ-सफाई के लिए आवश्यकतानुसार लेबर की मात्रा बढ़ाते हुए साफ-सफाई के कार्य कराये जायेगें, जिसके लिए कोई अतिरिक्त भुगतान नहीं किया जायेगा।
