Supply, Installation, Erection, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of 25 mtr. stadium mast with fixed head frame suitable for mounting up to 24 nos. of 500-800 W LED light fixtures, complete as required.with 12 Nos. of 800 W LED (IP-66) Flood Light(Make-Bajaj/Hawells/Phillips or Equivallent top brand) mounted on each mast. The system shall include a 25 m high-tensile steel polygonal tapered mast, hot-dip galvanized inside and outside, complete with head frame, lantern carriage, stainless steel wire rope, double drum winch mechanism, motorized raising and lowering system, lightning arrestor, double dome LED aviation obstruction light, man-rider safety system, Main Control panel with distribution board, complete internal and external wiring, Complete Chemical earthing of each pole and pannels, and all necessary electrical accessories. The work shall also include the design and construction of an RCC M-25 grade foundation of minimum 3.10 m depth, including excavation, PCC, reinforcement steel, foundation bolts, grouting, backfilling, and all allied civil works as per approved drawings. The complete high mast system shall be designed to withstand a basic wind speed of 50 m/sec in accordance with IS 875 (Part-3). The item shall include transportation, loading, unloading, erection, testing, commissioning, labour, tools & tackles, consumables, and all incidental works required for successful completion. The 800 watt LED Stadium flood light shall be covered under a minimum 5-year comprehensive warranty, and the complete system shall be supplied and installed in all respects ready for operation.(Make of High mast :Bajaj/ Utkarsh /RR Ispat/Skipper/Valmont/Transrail or Equivalent Top brand) Note: The number of lighting fixtures may be revised based on the final lux level report and approved lighting design.

Supply and fixing of LED Street Light Fitting with mandatory driver set having die-cast aluminium body with toughened glass/UV stabilized PC cover and lenses, suitable for 75 Watt to 90 Watt, conforming to IP66 and IK07 or higher protection, having company logo engraved, complete in all respects including labour. 9000–10800 system lumens, High Power LED with lenses, 120 lm/W, PF ≥ 0.95, THD < 10% at full load, CRI > 70, potted driver set in metal housing (not circuitry), phase-to-phase protection at 440 V and >300 V auto cut and restart feature, with 5 years warranty.

Supply and laying of 50 sq. mm 3-1/2 Core aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc.
