Dismantling of Structures (Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres A. Prestressed / Reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 & above B. DIsmantling of Old Bridge

Milling of Bituminous Surface -Removing of asphalt courses by milling machind in layer including transporting the removed materials outside for disposal upto 5 km lead and above complete, sample must be approved from Engineer-in-charge prior to start the work, including cutting of Asphalt/ concrete surface of periphery by cutting machine etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a) For milling depth upto 55 mm. including disposal & stacking of material up to all lead and lift etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Tack Coat on Cement concrete pavement (Providing and applying tack coat with bitumenemulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.)

Bituminous Concrete Grading -II (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects)

Mastic Asphalt (Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-39, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine-grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 1000C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 516.)

Rebar of 16 mm,12mm dia to 10 mm dia Reinforcement (Without Steel) For Crash barrier , Kerb , Electric Pole, Etc. (Depth -100MM to 150mm)

Providing and laying 80mm thick faciory made cement concrete paver block M-35 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over andcoarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces (Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces)

Applying two coats of Birla or Asian acrylic ( putty) and manufacture on new concrete surface of constructed Bridge across the river to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.including all Material, equipment , labour, transportation & all other temporary arrangments necessary to Complete the job. as diecided by Engineer inChange .
