REPAIRS TO DAMAGED STRUCTURE MEMBER USING RETROFITTING MATHOD AND ROOF TREATMENT AT JALIPA MIL STN UNDER GE (A) BARMER

M&L for Chipping of 30mm average thickness unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns, footings etc. and plaster with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

M&L for Chipping of 30mm to 75mm average thickness unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns, footings etc. and plaster with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

M&L for Cleaning & applying rust remover on (CICO Clean-o rust) in two coats over rusted reinforcement surface of RCC members and providing anti corrosive coating with two component epoxy based zinc rich primer/Rust passivation Inhibitor coat at the rate of 2-3 sq. mtr/ltr not less than 50 microns dft with CICO ZINCILATE-500 or equivalent to reinforcement surface as per manufacturer’s instructions including all machinery, tools tackles and clearing of debris. Make: CICO clean-O-rust, CICO ZINCILATE-500 or equivalent in Fosroc/Dr Fixit/ACC/L&T/STP. (Note : Entire Exposed Surface of RCC members after chipping shall be measured and paid.)

S&F of new steel or rebars by drilling holes with 10 mm to 20mm dia and 100 to 200mm deep/wide as per IS code of 10D formula and filling the holes after inserting of reinforcement dia 8 to 16mm for anchoring at ends/shear connector and filled the holes with one or two component styrene free vinylester resin anchor or two components, styrene & cement free epoxy- acrylate fixing and anchoring compound ( having the technical parameters mentioned in material specifications) using standard sealant applicator gun after drilling holes of required diameter at required locations, for holding / fixing / placing in position the steel mesh reinforcement at desired level/ stretching. (Note : Steel/reinforcement shall be paid and measured separately) . Make: CICO RESIFIX-G or equivalent in Fosroc lokfix and Master builder (BASF)

M&L for providing Micro concrete 25 to 30 mm M-50 (Minimum grade) with CICO MICROCRETE at the rate of 25kg per 0.0125 m3 with 20% properly graded 5mm to 10mm silt free aggregate as per manufacturer instructions and mixing concrete with mechanically electrically operated mixer machine, including all necessary scafolding if required etc all as specified and directed. Make: CICO MICROCRETE of CICO Technologies ltd or equivalent in Fosroc/STP/BASF.

M&L for providing Micro concrete M-50 (Minimum grade) with CICO MICROCRETE at the rate of 25kg per 0.0125 m3 with 20% properly graded 5mm to 10mm silt free aggregate as per manufacturer instructions and mixing concrete with mechanically electrically operated mixer machine, including all necessary scafolding if required etc all as specified and directed. Make: CICO MICROCRETE of CICO Technologies ltd or equivalent in Fosroc/STP/BASF.

M&L for Epoxy Bonding Agent suitable for bonding new to old concrete, bricks and steel components, bricks, tiles etc after the prepration of old concrete/RCC surface by cleaning and removing of dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance etc by wire brushing, scrapping and washing with water complete all as per manufacturer's instructions. (Make: Dr. Fixit or Equivalent)

M&L for approved liquid membrane forming curing compound conforming to relevant specifications on freshly laid concrete surface by spray/roller/brush including surface preparation, cleaning, complete all as specified and directed.Make: Dr. fixit,Sika,Foscroc etc.

M&L for Ready mix plaster 10mm thick on fair faces of brick masonary/stone masonary/rcc member finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding for required height complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Ready mix plaster 5 mm thick on ceiling surfaces of slab,beam finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding for required height, complete, all as specified and directed.
