M&L for providing and applying micro concrete, blend of Portland cement, graded fillers and chemical aditives which impart controlled expansion and should be ready to use and can fill convoluted voids, compensates shrinkage at both plastic and Hardened states , if more than 40% of cross-section area of structure is under distress, then the area shall be repaired. Notes: (a) Minimum thickness to be used is 50mm with addition of 10mm down aggregates of 25% of the weight of mix ready to use powder with water- powder ratio of 0.18. Strength of 1 day to be 20N/mm2. Time of expansion to start after 20min of mixing and finish in 120 min of mixing. M&L for providing and applying two coats of acrylic polymer based cementitious composite water proof coating system. It shall be non- flammable, non - combustible. It shall give tough and hard waterproofing surface. It shall allow entrapped vapour to escape preventing peeling and blistering. It shall have excellent bond to building materials. It shall be highly durable in continuous wet condition. Coating to be applied after proper surface preparation to remove loose dust, cleaning, mixing using slow speed electric drill and application of two coats of two components ie. liquid and powder in proportion as per manufacturer instructions, thickness of each coat not less than 1mm (1.50-2.00kg/Sqm), and applying curing of the surface using low viscosity emulsion which incorporate a special alkali reactive emulsion breaking system on the protection screed. M&L for providing and applying two coats of water based Aliphatic acrylate -Anti-Carbonation coating for concrete surfaces over a coat of acrylic polymer primer. The coating to be applied on surface shall be liquid applied highly durable waterproof coating system for surface , based on high quality acrylic emulsion, functional filler, sunlight stable pigment and quality fungicides. It shall have properties that provide features like crack bridging ability, breathability, flexibility & exterior durability and resists micro-organism growth.It shall cover hairline cracks up to 0.5 mm effectively. It shall have excellent crack bridging ability and shall bridge cracks up to 2 mm width. The elongation at break is approx. 220 %. The tensile strength is 0.7 Mpa. It has a hardness shore ‘A’ scale of 80, with an adhesion strength of 3.4 Mpa. The coating is UV resistant, algae and fungus resistant, and has a water vapor permeability of 40 gm/m²/day and a crack bridging ability of 1-2 mm. The coating must be applied with temperature above 5°C and below 45°C. The coating shall be applied in two coats of by roller or brush application at the interval of 4-6 hours.Allow applied coating to dry or cure for 7 days. The concrete substrate must be sound and of sufficient compressive strength (minimum 20 N/mm2) with a minimum pull off strength of 1.5 N/mm2. M&L for protecting and plastering of waterproofed surface Using cement based, micro- silica restoration mortar.The product needing only addition of water at site which can be applied by trowel.cement, sand can be used for finishing purpose. It is reinforced with specially designed bean shaped, alkali resistant synthetic fibers for exceptional resistance to cracking. It is recommended for repair situations requiring application of mortar up to 10 mm thickness in one layer.The product shall achieve a compressive strength of 11 MPa in 1 day & 30 MPa in 28 days and a minimum flexural strength of 6 MPa @ 7 days. M&L for providing and applying the treated surface with high quality repair mortar with polymer and fibre content (mixed with cement, special additives and sand).water cement ratio of which shall be 0.16, 28 days compressive strength shall be 30 MPa,mixed density shall be 2.18 kg/ltr, flexural strength shall be 6 MPa for 7 days and tensile strength for 7 days shall be more than 2MPa.Its adhesion bond strength shall be greater than 2 MPa with creep strain reduction of 8%. The modulus of elasticity of this product shall be 23-26 KN/mm². It shall not bleed / segregate on adding water and shall provide dual shrinkage compensation i.e – both plastic & hardened. It shall be capable of being applied in thicknesses of 20 mm without sagging or falling and shall have minimum adhesive bond strength of 2 MPa.All cementitious systems have to be cured for a minimum period of 15 days by water curing. It forms a continuous membrane that controls hydration for strong and durable concrete .It should have specific gravity of 1.02. It sets quickly on application and can be over coated with common paints / coatings, white coloured with setting time of 15min and Compressive strength as per ASTM C 109 of 22N in 7 days. Material and labour for removing the cavities, roughening the smooth surfaces, scrapping out / removing corrosion all loose/scale/rust etc from the visible reinforcement by applying rust remover @ 200ml per sqm and cleaning the steel reinforcement properly, and then applying single component cementitious corrosion inhibiting primer as per manufacturers instructions of exposed and new steel reinforcement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (a) The work for item Ser No 1.00 to 17.00 to shall be executed directly by company or their authorized applicator. Application shall be authorized in writing by company and guarantee/responsibility of work executed shall be owned by company in writing. (b) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of material all labors tools and plants scaffolding and working upto 15 mtr height. (c) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts. ropes. helmets, netting etc. which are required for safety of working at height etc. which are required for safety of working at height exceeding 3 to 25 mtr height shall be mandatary and deemed to be inclusive on quoted rates.
