Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
Returning filling in, Including spreading, leveling, Watering and well ramming soil in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
Removing excavated material (i.e. soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
Material and labour for river washed and screened dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
Supply and laying factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type -I flat size 300mmx180mmx40mm laid in trenches over underground cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
Taking out HT unserviceable /Faulty Cable of cross sectional area 95 sq mm 3 core from trench /pole/cable duct carefully including bricks, pipe and stacking properly for disposing off from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note: - (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Unit rate of this item includes the cost of taking out brick protection tiles and GI pipe etc as applicable. (iii) Old serviceable cable shall be stored properly for handing over to contractor for disposal off from site.
Laying only serviceable old bricks retrieved from Srl item no. 6.00 above complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed grade 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV Outdoor type RMU (Ring Main Unit) extensible type, floor mounted consisting of 2 LBS + 1 VCB with internal copper bus bars, consisting of combinations of 630 Amp, 350 MVA fixed manual Load Break Switch and fixed type manual Vacuum Circuit Breaker. All live parts, bus bars, LBSs connections of RMU shall be enclosed in one tank to avoid multiple interconnections and sealed for life as per standard design of OEM non magnetic and non ferrite grade stainless steel tank having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation. RMU (Ring Main Unit) should be complete with all accessories such as Terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for Load break switch ON/OFF, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Altitude of installation up to 1000m as per IEC 60120. Extensible Bushings, if applicable shall be bolted type top/side mounted outside the tank for connection of external bus bar. Also, the outer enclosure shall cover the full length of the switchgear, to ensure IP3X+IP54 protection for cable boxes. The unit shall be internal arc proof not less than 21kA for 1 sec for tank and Cable Box, and tested and totally safe for human beings. The gas release and personnel safety with internal arc proof shall not depend on plinth design. Bidder shall provide type test report to prove compliance to the Internal fault IAC-AFLR as per IEC 62271-200. Internal arc proof and testing shall be done as per OEM norms. The Vacuum Bottle shall be of same make as that of RMU to ensure better life cycle optimization for the RMU. Approved Make: - ABB, Siemens, Schneider. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site.

Material and labour for boring in soil at a depth not less than 1.5 meter under road/PTT/pavement/ Hard standing etc by using of ultra sounding technique and machinery equipments suitable for and including laying HDPE pipe nominal outer dia 80 mm PE 80 PN- 6 ISI marked all as per IS 4984/2016 including fittings complete without damaging the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge Note:- (i) Location of boring holes shall be decide by the Enginer- in- charge as per requirement , nothing extra shall be payable on account of variation in length of crossing of road /PTT/pavement /Hard standing etc. (ii) During boring soil strata may be changed, hence nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for boring of holes through different type of soil. Tenderer is hereby advised to keep in mind all these aspect while quoting his rates. (iii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of 80 mm bore HDPE pipe.
Material and labour for boring road crossing of size 100 mm dia at suitable depth not less than 1 mtr by using machinery/ Equipments complete without damaging surfaces for passing pipes/cables etc including removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for GI steel tubing light grade for protection of cable/ earth continuity conductor fixed to poles/ walls/ roof or laid in floors, road, crossing or ducts fixed with clamps , bolts nuts and washer etc of pipes of size 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
Material and labour for earthing complete with gavanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32 x 6mm size upto a distance of 7.5 mtr long by means of bolts, check nuts and washers of galvnised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate no 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated and testing complete including excavation earth work drilling holes for electrode PCC pit & cover, funnel, water pipe 20mm light grade and protection pipe 40mm medium graded, lugs etc. complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for HT cable route marker / HT joint marker made out of Jodhpur stone of size 250 mm width x 150 mm depth x 900mm height size with top oval shaped, engraved with 'HT cable' duly painted with approved colour with writing letter for both side complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note: - (i) The work shall be carried out in Technical area for HT cable. (ii) Route Marker shall be buried in ground upto a depth of 45cm below the natural Ground Level (iii) Rate quoted shall include the cost of necessary excavation and earth work.
Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concreteof proposed RMU/LBS complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concreteof proposed RMU/LBS complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
Supply and fixing of MS work of angles for post and struts of fencing around transformers and RMU etc drilling holes, flat iron, fillet for securing wire mess by welding to angle iron frame and framed work as in gate of angle and wire mess. Door to be fixed by 03 Nos 100mm long hinges and one sliding door bolt of 300mm long for locking arrangement and MS channel for plinth of transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
Supply and fixing of 3.15mm dia MS wire 75x75mm mesh, made up into mattress or cages appx 2.00 mtr height and fixed with flat iron /angle by welding in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
Excavating in post holes (soft/loose soil) (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
Material and labour for 32x6mm galvanised iron strip for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in pipe or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.
Material and labour for spreading of stone aggregate of nominal size not more than 40mm from the bay/yard manually without damaging any equipments, cable or parts of the 11 KV RMU/Transformers, spreading and leveling of finished gravel uniformly in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60xm x 60 cmx 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to copper earth strip 20x3mm size upto a distance of 7.5 mtr long by means of bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate no 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated and testing complete including excavation earth work drilling holes for electrode PCC pit, cover, funnel, water pipe protection pipe, lugs etc.
