Supply and fix in replacement of tubular battery 75Ah 12V suitable for solar light fittings including taking down unserviceable battery any type capacity and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed Make Exide Model No. 6LMS75L 75AH Solar Battery/Amaron/Tata.

Material and labour for shifting of solar street tubular pole 4metre long with battery and battery box,cross arms,clamps and refixing in new location including servicing,rectifiying defects and necessary earth work,PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate for pole foundation and coping and Painting with synthetic enamel paint over concrete surfaces and writing numbers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fill distilled water for 12V, upto 100AH battery as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for recharging solar battery by replacing the old acid,fill with new distilled water/acid complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Solar panel suitable 1x11w or 2X 11 W LED/CFL suitbale for solar light fittings including taking down unservicable solar panel and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed .Note :Make: Tata BP Solar/BHEL/Toshiba Energy.

Trimming of tree branch 2.0 meter away from the street/solar light and remove the branches out side the MD land complete all as directed.

Securing and fixing solar panels in position using MS angle iron,nuts,bolts etc

Supply and fix in repair battery compartment box made up of PVC suitable for battery locking arrangement and fixing accessories including writing of pole number etc complete all as speciifed and as directed.

Supply and fix LED street light fitting 45W, 7500K made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass with optics/diffuser with suitable electronic driver IP66 protection complete including taking down unserviceable HPSV/MH street light fitting and type any watts and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Crompton cat No LSTS-45-CDL-1or equivalent in Wipro/Philips

Supply and fix in repair post top LED light fitting 10W, 5700K made up of die cast/polycorbonate housing with opal/clear diffuser IP66 protection complete including taking down unserviceable post top fitting and type any watts and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Crompton cat No LBLSR-10-CDL-1or equivalent in Wipro/Philips

Supply and fix in repair twin core 1.5sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and sheathed cables to connect from junction box to street light fittings through inside the pole and including taking down unserviceable copper cable any size any type from pole and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Finolex/Polycab/Asian.

Supply and fix in repairs GI tube light grade 40mm dia for fixing of street lights including clamps,nut bolts etc bend to shape complete all as specified and as directed. Make:Tata/jindal/Prakash surya

Note: Orginial GST paid PV's/TC for the materials procured for the above BOQ items shall be produced alongwith the payment claimed by the contractor.
