Suitable power supply to power up PLC/RTU panel, 7” or above HMI display & Industrial type electrical fitting & cabling with suitable conduits complete for all related field instruments, as per technical specification.

Supply of Shaft Encoder based rotary position sensor with local digital Display & Proximity limit switches type Gate Position Sensors for indication and monitoring of Spillway gates, Intake Gates, Silt flushing gates including cabling & integration with PLC/RTU as per technical specifications.

Supply of 3 Phase VFD Starter panel for each motor of Dam gates which shall consists of VFD, S.P.P, MCB, OLR, Timer, Main Switches including cabling & Electronic Digital Indicator complete as per technical specifications.

Four Years Operation & Maintenance and Comprehensive Warranty for Matatila Dam SCADA based system as per Price schedule after final acceptance of SCADA & Surveillance system. This includes replacement of material & consumable as & when required at bidders’ cost. The cost of Communication for GPRS & SIM charges for data transmission, maintenance and other related charges. Minimum one Service Engineer shall be placed at Dam Control room for Operation of SCADA & Surveillance system.

Training of the purchaser's personnel at the supplier’s plant and/or/onsite in assembly, start up, operation, maintenance and/or repair of the supplied goods. Course topics will include sensor calibration, PLC/RTU & SCADA configuration, data downloading, data retrieval, collection, Trouble shooting, processing maintenance requirements and procedure for equipment configuration, installation, site testing and commissioning including training kit containing course material in soft and hard copies.

Construction of Dam Control Room at Matatila Dam, Lalitpur, U.P. having Total Covered Area 1,000 sq. feet. The Construction of barrage control room will consist of complete civil work in foundation i.e. excavation and RCC work in foundation, PCC work for base of foundation, pre-fabricated M.S. structure, vertical column, horizontal beams, Cement Soiled Wall Panel, Aluminum Composite Paneling, Paneling work using tuffened glass , false ceiling snow frost of premium quality, S.S. railing with heavy duty pedestals, aluminum door& window, complete electrification, Bath rooms & Pantry Work, Providing overhead water storage tank for water supply at all necessary points with superior quality sanitary fittings &including all internal & external furnishing other miscellaneous works for making fully furnished DCR to suit the Automation Control Activities as per the technical specifications.
