AGE E/M SCHEDULE - SHILLONG CANTT Taking down and dismantling of street/security/posttop light fittings of any type size and model (FTL, HPSV, MVL, MH, floodlight , LED Fittings etc), and check at the site in the presence of MES rep, repaire at the site with replacement of spare parts ( wire, drivers, choke etc) and refixing after cleaning and testing. If not found repaireble than depositing the same to MES store yard for replacement as directed by Engr in Charge complete. Note :- The Quoted rates shall to be included for the following :- (a) As the above work is required to be carried out for repair/maint of street/security/posttop light fittings entire Cantt area Shillong , hence complaints of the US street/security/posttop light fittings to be handed over daily basis (if received) for different units locations and repairs to be carried out on the same day or next day or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) The contractor shall depute adequate well knowledge electrician and helper (As per the complaint) with all connected tools on daily basis (if required) with suitable vehicle & T&P arrangement to repairs and attend the complaints in various units under AOR of GE Shillong and manage all spares included in this CA in advance or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Non attending the complaints with in 48 hrs Rs 100/- per day per complaints shall be recovered.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation for stay set /Pole/ FPB etc including fair finish even and fir to exposed surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable ) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness all complete as specified and as directed. Note :- Only punned down sand shall be measured.

M&L for fly ash bricks locally available laid dry width wise across the line of cable in trenches for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking out carefully of old LT cable of any size type or core and kept aside for reuse / rerouting / jointing / replacement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for drilling hole horizontally road under ( min 1 mtr) pavement hardstanding by treanchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine suitable and including 150 mm dia HDPE pipe complete .
