M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work for portion framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, atops hand made sliding bolt etc conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

S & F in repair MS screw bolts of dia 5-10 mm/Anchor Fastner ( machine made ) with hexagonal or square at one end and screwded with other end or screwed both ends length of bolt n exc 5cm long complete all as directed by engineer in charge.

M & L for servicing of LT panels/Feeder piller box of any size by complete cleaning of panel and bus bar at chamber with CRC solution, and welding the door using arc welding and fixing of hinges(including new)/Locking Handles/latches and necessary nut, bolts, washers and made it completely functional for open/close and incl checking of incoming and out going cable connections, Re-fixing of existing Cables, ACBs & MCCBs, and repair to connected PCC foundation and frame works, rewiring of control and power wiring of LT panel/Feeder with suitable size of FRLS cable but not less than 1.5 sqmm, replaceing of various unserviciable ON/OFF switches, lugs/Gland/Base plate/indicating Lamp/CT Coil etc making the panel fully functional including numbering the LT panel/feeder box and marking on panels (incoming and locations of outgoing MCCBs), to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost is inclusiveof Minor parts such as lugs, gland, nuts, bolts, washers, locking handle, latches, ON/OFF switches, Base Plate but Excluding Ammeter, Voltmeter, CT Coil, Indicating Lamp.

M&L for painting of LT panel by spraying two coats of Synthetic enammled paint of ivory colour over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning of rusty panel surface of both inside/ outside by emery paper and necesary preparation of old steel surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fixing XLPE round sheathed , stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 2 core 6 sq mm , including taking down old UNSV cable complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs aluminium lugs suitable for LT UG XLPE aluminium/copper conductor cable including nuts,bolts,washers and PVC tape. complete all as specified and as direcred for following sizes. (a) 300 Sqmm LT UG XLPE aluminium/ copper conductor cable
