SCHEDULE "A" PART I B/R WORKS Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area n.exc 1.5 sq. m each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 sqm each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & manufacturers instructions,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement forstyle and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement supply & fixing in the frame at site, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory-made white colour uPVC Sliding Door, two-track, manufactured from extruded uPVC profiles having minimum wall thickness of 2.3 mm (±0.2 mm), with multi-chamber hollow sections, comprising the following sections: a) Two-track outer frame: 60 mm × 47 mm b) Sliding glazed/board sash: 42 mm × 80 mm c)Sliding mesh sash: 42 mm × 66 mm d) Sliding interlock profile (one vertical interlock in each shutter): 45.5 mm × 34 mm e) Glazing bead: 24.5 mm × 16 mm The frame and sash profiles shall be mitre-cut and fusion welded at all corners. The work shall include drilling of holes for fixing hardware, providing drainage holes for water discharge, and making all necessary arrangements for fixing hardware. The profiles shall be reinforced with 1.2 mm (±0.2 mm) thick galvanized steel reinforcement** inserted in the frame, sliding sash and sliding mesh sash profiles as required. The frame shall be fixed to the masonry with 8 mm diameter × 100 mm long fasteners at suitable spacing. The work shall include providing and fixing TPE gaskets, white powder-coated zinc alloy touch lock, steel roller system, stainless steel wire mesh of 0.18 mm nominal wire diameter** for the sliding mesh shutter, and all other necessary accessories, complete in all respects.

Supply and fixing factory-made white colour uPVC three-track, three-panel sliding window with fly-proof stainless steel wire mesh (two glazed shutters and one wire mesh shutter), up to 1.50 m height and having window area above 1.75 sqm, manufactured from heavy-duty (Big Series) uPVC extruded profiles comprising outer frame of size 116 mm × 45 mm and sash of size 46 mm × 62 mm, both having minimum wall thickness of 2.3 mm (±0.2 mm), complete with single or double glazing beads of appropriate dimensions. The window shall comprise multi-chambered uPVC outer frame with inbuilt roller track and sliding sash profiles, duly reinforced with 1.60 mm (±0.2 mm) thick galvanized mild steel reinforcement**, roll-formed to the required shape and size to suit the uPVC profiles. The work shall include uPVC glazing beads, uPVC interlock profiles, EPDM gaskets, wool pile weather seals, white powder-coated zinc alloy touch locks with hooks, zinc alloy-bodied single nylon rollers having a minimum load carrying capacity of 40 kg, 100 mm × 8 mm G.I. fasteners for fixing the frame to the finished wall, stainless steel screws, and all other necessary accessories. The frame and sash profiles shall be mitre-cut and fusion welded at all corners. The work shall include drilling of holes for fixing hardware, providing drainage holes for water discharge, and all necessary machining required for proper installation. After fixing the frame, the gap between the frame and the adjoining finished wall shall be filled with approved quality weatherproof silicone sealant over suitable size backer rod, complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Glass panes and stainless steel wire mesh shall be measured and paid for separately. 2. For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles, a tolerance of 5% in profile depth and width shall be permissible. Variations on the higher side shall be accepted without any extra payment.

Supply and fixing factory-made white colour uPVC two-track, two-panel sliding window up to 1.50 m height, manufactured from heavy-duty (Big Series) uPVC extruded profiles comprising outer frame of size 67 mm × 50 mm and sash of size 46 mm × 62 mm, both having minimum wall thickness of 2.3 mm (±0.2 mm), complete with single or double glazing beads of appropriate dimensions. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm and up to 2.50 sqm The window shall comprise multi-chambered uPVC outer frame with inbuilt roller track and sliding sash profiles, duly reinforced with 1.60 mm (±0.2 mm) thick galvanized mild steel reinforcement, roll-formed to the required shape and size to suit the uPVC profiles. The work shall include uPVC glazing beads, uPVC interlock profiles, EPDM gaskets, wool pile weather seals, white powder-coated zinc alloy touch locks with hooks, zinc alloy-bodied single nylon rollers having a minimum load carrying capacity of 40 kg,100 mm × 8 mm G.I. fasteners for fixing the frame to the finished wall, stainless steel screws, and all other necessary accessories. Supply and fixing factory-made uPVC white coloured two-track, two-panel sliding glazed window up to 1.50 m height (window area up to 1.75 sqm), comprising small series uPVC multi-chambered frame of size 52 × 44 mm and sash of size 32 × 60 mm, both having wall thickness 1.9 ± 0.2 mm, complete with single glazing bead of appropriate size. The frame and sash shall be reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel sections, manufactured by roll-forming process to suit the profile shape and size, with inbuilt roller track, uPVC extruded glazing beads, uPVC interlocks, EPDM gaskets, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder-coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers having a minimum load carrying capacity of 40 kg, GI fasteners 100 × 8 mm for fixing the frame to the finished wall, stainless steel screws, and all other necessary accessories. The frame and sash profiles shall be mitre-cut and fusion welded at all corners, including provision of all necessary holes for hardware fixing and water drainage. After installation, the gap between the frame and the adjacent finished wall shall be filled with approved weatherproof silicone sealant over suitable size backer rod, complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Glass and wire mesh shall be measured and paid for separately. For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles, a tolerance of −5% in depth and width of the specified profile dimensions shall be permissible. Variations on the higher side shall be accepted without any extra payment.

Supply & fixing in repairs powder coated aluminium sections for partitions, windows, ventilators and doors including fabrication of frame/shutters and fixing to walls/floors with necessary lugs, cleats etc including all accessories such as glazing clips, handles, tower bolts, rollers rubber beadings for fixing glass panes in frame including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required complete all as specified Note: - (i) Glass panes/wire cloth will be measured & paid separately. (ii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading, glazing clips, screws, etc. as required but shall not be measured for arriving of weight. (iii) Minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 25 micron. (iv) The rate shall be inclusive of the locking arrangement including complete packing with silicon gel around contacting surface of aluminium work with matching existing area. (v) The size of aluminium sections shall be as per HQ CE(N) MZ TD drawing No TD/2021/01 to 05.
