Dismantling Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing all as specified and as directed.

M & L for laying Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry including cement mortar bund in CM (1:3) of required size at a interval n exc 30cm center to center all as specified and as directed.

S & F Ridge hip tiles, Mangalore Pattern of Roofing Tiles, Bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/Taking out existing hessain base felt of any other existing water proofing treatment from roof/chajja including cement plaster, cleaning the surface and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 1.5 km but nexc 5 km to outside the MD land all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Laying water proofing membrane treatment using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membrane with features as specified, weighing not less than 4 kg per Sqm laid over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.40 Kg per sqm by torching the membrane including sealing the overlap while torching with 100mm on length side and 150mm wide side as per manufacturer instructions including joints and changes in direction the curved with cement mortar 10 mm thick 1:3 mixed with SBR latex at @ 200 ml /bag of cement cured well before laying of membrane all as per manufacturer instructions and to the satisfaction of Engineer -in-charge including two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.1 ltr/sqm complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured for payment. (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of primer APP membrane, solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint & SBR Latex

M&L for providing 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate on concrete surfcae over top of RCC roof using 3% water proofing compound by weight of cement as per manufacturers instruction and finsihed even and fair using extra cement to a slope of minimum 1:40 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of water proofing compound.

M&L for Chipping , removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer breaker without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

M&L for Clean existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc, complete, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer Rustoff 100 (Sika) confirming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating Nitoprime 25 (Fosroc) / Sikaferroguard-903) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 5 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 finished even & smooth, without using extra cement on ceiling all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling and apply one coat of white wash all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Injecting low viscosity (3-5 cps) / Sikadur 52/ Conbextra EP-10 (Fosroc)/ Bostic LVEP high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including,mixing of materials:mixing of material components(part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching.Grouting maintain the pressure at exit(0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles. (Beam and columns) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 mm center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engineer-in-charge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M&L for applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster confirming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) (Sikadur - 32 / Nitrobond EP/Bostik EP Bond/ Shalibond concrete to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives (Sika Latex / Nitobond SBR/ Boscocem 475) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5 Cement-15 sand) -in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profliling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying jacketing around columns with Micro concrete (Sikarep Microcrete - 4 / Bostik Patch Fix MC/ Shali Fix - MC) including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specified complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.(Rates including jacketing, formwork and micro concrete)

M&L for Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT/SIKA RUSTOFF - 100 and applying protective coating SIKA FERROGUARD 903/NITROPRIME 25 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of stone /PCC block /brick wall / top of chajja, or concrete surface of any description including raking out joints hacking for key, securing down with water etc and removal of debris to outside of INS Mandovi Area including filling of open joints in cement mortar 1:6 Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick (10+5) rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface mixed with 3% integral waterproofing compound by weight of cement as per manufacturer instruction and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only WPC all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 2 coats of anti fungal acrylic emulsion exterior grade paint on newly plastered external surfaces , wall facia, cornices etc over a coat of acrylic primer in approved shade and as per manufacturers instruction & including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters, sewage lines and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc.,including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) all as specified and as directed.
