Part A Civil Works

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams / litre, of approved brand and manufacture, includingapplying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour Two coats.

Providing and fixing 25 mm thick Greenply or equivalent make Marine 710 water proof Plywood (ISI MARK) of approved quality for wall panelling / Partition, Table, Storage rack etc as approved and as per instruction of E/I.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Greenply or equivalent make Marine 710 water proof Plywood (ISI MARK) of approved quality for wall panelling / Partition, Table, Storage rack etc as approved and as per instruction of E/I.

Providing and fixing 9 mm thick Greenply or equivalent make Marine 710 water proof Plywood (ISI MARK) of approved quality for wall panelling / Partition, Table, Storage rack etc as approved and as per instruction of E/I.

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick Sunmica laminate over panelling / partition etc as per instruction of E/I

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. attop, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing I paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dashfasteners to be paid for separately) : For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fxing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) .

Providing and fixing wooden moulded beading to door and window frames with iron and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete : 2nd class teak wood 50 x 20 mm

Providing and fixing bright / matt finished Stainless Steel handles of approved quality screws etc all & make with necessary complete. 125 mm

Providing and fixing 50 mm bright finished brass cup board or wardrobe knob of approved quality with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing special quality bright finished brass cupboard or ward robe locks with four levers of approved quality including necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing powder coated telescopic drawer channels 300 mm long with necessary screws etc. complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) : With float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg / sqm)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc. to be paid separately)

Providing and fixing mortise lock of Hardywn or equivalent make for Toughened Glass door as approved and as per instruction of E/I.

Providing and fixing Plantex or equivalent make Handle for Toughened Glass door / as approved and as per instruction of E/I. 300 mm / 12 inch

Providing and fixing Roller Blind of approved make, colour, texture, size etc. for windows (Polyester) as per instruction of E/I.

Providing manpower / labour for misc works like shifting and reshifting of records, tables, chairs etc during and after repair work as per instruction of E/I

Providing and fixing stainless steel soft closing spring hinges at 0 degree hinges (hydraulic type) of approved make / brand to cupboard shutters with full threaded steel screws including making necessary recess in board and finished etc. complete as per direction of Engineerin-charge.

Part B Electrical Works

Dismantling the existing light, fan, bell, clock, independent plug point,wiring including circuit mains of all types along with accessories etc. complete as per specification no.WG-DM/PW

Supplying and erecting LED square / circular Max. 18 W down lighter / Panel Light having pressure die-cast aluminium housing, polystyrene diffuserhaving system lumens output of Min. 2000 Lumens, min. efficiency of 110lumen/W, CRI>80, CCT upto 6500K, Beam Angle of 120 deg., max. ripple of5%, THD<10%, p.f. >0.95, operating range of 120-270V, surge protection of 2.5kV, Life class of 50,000 Hrs at L70B0 including driver, having mountingarrangement with board for surface type or spring loaded mounting clipscomplete with minimum 2 years warranty as per specification No. FG-IDF/LED.

Supplying and erecting modular type 3 pin 6A multi socket with safetyshutter on provided plate and box with wiring connections complete.

Supplying & erecting mains with 3x2.5 sq.mm FRLSH copper PVC insulated wire laid in provided conduit/trunking/inside pole/bus bars or any other placesas per specification no. WG-MA/BW

Supplying & erecting triple pole and neutral distribution board (TPNDB), SPMCBof 8 ways/phase (24 poles), with door, 1.2mm thickness surface/flush mounted, IP 43Protection on provided iron/GI frame (horizontal busbar type) as per specification no.SW-MCBDBprovided trench/ pipe as per specification no. CB-LT/CU

Providing & erecting 4 Pole MCCB, 415V, up to 100A, rated short-circuit breakingcapacity 25 kA (Ics=100% of Icu), adjustable thermal (overload) setting and fixedmagnetic setting with provided leads, provision for installation of shunt/UV/trip alarmcontact. MCCB with phase barriers on both sides, insulation withstand capacity 800V, noline-load bias in provided enclosure/panel as per specification no. SW-MCCB (3pole rate-5808) (add extra 20% for 4 pole mccb)

Point wiring for light/bell/exhaust fan in minimum 20 mm HMS PVCconduit with 1.5 sq.mm (2+1E) FRLSH grade copper wire, modular typeswitch, earthing and required accessories as per specification no. WG-PW/SW

Supplying and erecting 6 to 32A, 10kA, SPMCB suitable to fix in 1 module ofmodular switch in provided box complete & duly concealed with necessarymaterial and connected.
