Clearing and Grubbing Road Land .( Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned up to lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness. (i) By Manual Means:- (A) In area of non thorny jungle.

Cutting of Trees, including Cutting of Trunks, Branches and Removal (Cutting of trees, including cutting of trunks, branches and removal of stumps, roots, stacking of serviceable material by manual means with all lifts as per Technical Specification Clause 201.A. Lead upto 100 mtrs. ii) Girth from 600 mm to 900 mm.

Dismantling of Structures (Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material,disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lift and lead of 1000 metres as per Technical Specification Clause 202.. I) By Manual means (b) Cement Concrete.

Removing of all types of Hume Pipes and stacking within a lead of 1000m including earthwork and dismantling of masonry works as per Technical Specification Clause 202 (b) Above 600 mm to 900mm dia.Hume pipe.

Dismantling of Flexible Pavements (Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 100 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specification Clause 202 (I) By Manual Means, (a) Bituminous courses

Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 metres (Excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankmentupto a distance of 100 metres, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines,grades and cross sections.

Embankment Construction with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits (Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirment of table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 a) From Private Land

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders (Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clauses 303.1 (a) private land

Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material ( Table:- 400- 2) (Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC,and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per Technical Specification Clauses 401, with all lead and lift upto the side. (ii) For grading- II Material

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill),carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sb-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 KN weight to achive the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc. as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clauses 406. with all lead and lift upto the side. By Mechanical Means with 1 Km lead.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. (i) Low Porosity.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical Specification Clause 503.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.), with all lead and lift upto the side. A. With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii)for Grading II (19 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) with all lead and lift upto the side. A With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading II (13 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement with M40 grade grade of concrete blocks having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 complete including carriage. a) Including Edge block/ Edge restraints
