Providing & Laying of Geotextile membrane separation sheet SG-140-170GSM (Non woven Polyster white) of approved quality as per the directions of Engineer incharge

Providing & Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes 63 mm to 45 mm WBM II specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening /binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density

Providing & Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes 53 mm to 22.4 mm WBM III specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening /binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. On W.B.M.@ 0.75 Kg/sqm.

Providing and laying premix bituminous macadam base-course with stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified in CPWD specifications and straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 @ 4% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting mixed "material and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density.

2.5cm thick premix carpet surfacing with 2.55cum and 1.12cum of stone chipping of 13.2mm and 11.2mm size respectively per 100sqm and 52kg and 56kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chipping of 13.2mm and 11.2mm size respectively including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen including consolidation with road roller of 6-9tonne capacity etc complete with paver Asphalt 80/100 with 70gm solvent per kg. with solvent at the rate of 70gms per kg of asphalt.

Providing and laying of seal coat of premixed fine aggregate with bitumen using 1.28kg of bitumen of 80/100 grade per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60cum of fine aggregate per 100sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.

Providing and laying of ITF approved synthetic acrylic coating to smoothen surface in eight layers. Comapny should be ISO 9001:2015 certified with ITF certification of Medium Pace - II. Test Report and certificate should be endorsed by the manufacturer for current date. Letter of authorization from the manufacturer for this project must be uploaded. (Only European, American, Australian and Indian brands) i) two layer for resurfacer ii) four layer for cushioning (rubberised) iii) two layers of top colour coat (Dual colour: Red and blue) iv) line marking as per FIBA standrad in white colour.

Providing the compliance report & getting testing certificate under star rating from ITF approved laborartary for the acrylic surface as per real time check of the court and ITF approved material being used

P/L of cement concrete in position in foundation upto plinth level 1:4:8 mix with 40mm nominal agg size
