In case of tender item cannot be split or divided, etc. the MSE quoting a price within the band L1+15% may be awarded for full/complete supply of total tendered value to MSE, considering the spirit of the Policy for enhancing govt. procurement from MSEs.

Training:- Contractor shall trained the Railway staff regarding operation and maintenance of equipment during commissioning of M&P.

Commissioning Time :- The machine should be Installed/commissioned within delivery period.

The tenderer must submit Para-wise comments on the technical specification to indicate whether the equipment offered fully meets the tender specifications. The offer should accompanied with complete details of technical parameters. Tenderer should note that no deviation will be accepted on major technical parameters as specified in tender specification.

The demonstration of machine at time of technical suitability may be asked if required by railways
