Outsourcing of services (consisting of two shifts) including Sundays and Holidays by one Ref Mech (Skilled Labour) for each shift for operation of chilled Water Cooled Central Air Conditioning Plants installed at EHU, NAY (G) of capacity 2x 12 T with all instruments , controls complete, including connected electrical items such as main switch , starter, changeover switch, MCCB, Voltmeter, Ammeter, panel board etc all as specified and as directed

Outsourcing of services round the clock (consisting of three shifts) including Sundays and Holidays by one Ref Mech (Skilled Labour) for each shift for operation of Diesel Driven Generating Set 160 KVA - 01 No at ATC & 320 KVA- 01 No at CCR including connected electrical items such as main switch, starter, changeover switch, MCCB, Voltmeter, Ammeter, panel board etc all as specified and as directed

All as per item No. 2 herein before but for three shifts round the clock including Sundays and holidays by one Ref Mech (Skilled Labour) for each shift for DG set of 30 KVA -01 Nos and 20 KVA- 02 Nos. capacities at GCA Hut all as specified and as directed

Outsourcing of services for receiving & attending the electric faults round the clock i.e 24 Hours (Consisting of three shifts) including Sundays and Holidays by One (Skilled Labour) for each shift to maintain and re-store electric supply at installations (i.e 33 KV MRS, Hansa vihar at INS HANSA) including electric operations of HT VCB's, GODs, and replacement of HT Drop Out fuses, switch fuse units, attending break downs & all other connected items all as specified and as directed

Outsourcing of services for receiving & attending the electric faults round the clock i.e 24 Hours (Consisting of three shifts) including Sundays and Holidays by One (Skilled Labour) for each shift to maintain and re-store of electric supply at installations (i.e Avionixe Power House at INS HANSA) including electric operations of HT VCB's, GODs, and replacement of HT Drop Out fuses, switch fuse units, attending break downs & all other connected items all as specified and as directed

All as per item 5 here in before but for only one shift (i.e night shift 1800hrs to 0200 hrs ) by One (Skilled Labour) at NTS including electric operations of HT VCB's, GODs, and replacement of HT Drop Out fuses, switch fuse units, attending break downs & all other connected items all as specified and as directed

Notes for item No 1 to 6 :- (a) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes ,cess, levies etc as applicable including GST (b) The prevailing rate,wage,contribution etc shall be as applicable as on the bid submission end date. (c) DG set/AC Plant shall be operated as and when needed and as directed . A time of 08 hours will be considered as one shift and shift details will be decided by Engineer-in-Charge as per user requirement. (d) Maintenance of AC plant shall be as per manufacturer's instructions expect Comprehensive maintenance works of above AC plant. (e) Log sheet for recording daily running hours shall be maintained by the contractor in their installation and same will be checked by the Engineer- in Charge periodically and daily by JE.

(f) General cleanliness/removing of vegetation of respective installation surrounding area to be done regularly and the cost of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (g) Cleaning of the cooling tower coil , AHU complete , cleaning of all parts with brush , washing powder , refit all parts cleaning .The cleaning shall be carried out twice in 11 months period as directed. The same shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (h) Consumption of DHPP will be regulated by the dept. However Contractor will make arrangement for filling only. (j) 33 KV Hansa Sub Station is in ring main system between GSEB and 33KV MRS NOFRA. Individual should have thorough knowledge of the ring main system of electric supply and should work on the line as and when required. (k) All electric safety precautions shall be followed strictly as per indian standards. (l) During any critical & emergent electric operations requirement for above said areas these individual to assist the DEL staff.

(m) In view of COVID-19 alerts various restrictive instructions issued concerned authorities from time to time. Hence additional precautions essential for the work shall be taken by the contractor by way of provisioning of masks, hand sanitizers, gloves etc to workmen and all local instructions issued by the Concerned Authorities and Station Authorities shall be complied with all relevant safety precautions covered under Model Rules for the protection of health and sanitary arrangement for workmen (Annexure ‘C’) of IAFW-2249) shall be strictly followed. Nothing extra is admissible on this account (n) The contractor shall also deploy additional man power as relief against weekly off,leave,holidays etc all as per existing Labour Act and shall substitute the operator accordingly for which no extra payment admissible. The unit rate quoted against items in Schedule ‘A’/BOQ shall be inclusive of this provision also. (o) The contractor shall pay the wages to the operator through e-payment i.e Aadhar linked bank accounts and Credit to their bank account. The wages shall not be less than prevailing minimum wages fixed by state Govt or central Govt whichever is more.
