Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to sides and soffits of coping beam finished surfaces fair.

S&F for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

S & F for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mmgraded aggregate) as in Chajjas all as specified.

Roof treatment are as follow:-

(a) M & L for Brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg per Sqm area mixed with integral water proofing compound as specified and directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item).

(b) M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound while concrete surface is green and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item).

(c) M & L for preparation of surfaces for applying bituminous primer (conforming to IS-3384-1965) @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm complete.

(d) M & L for applying a tack coat of Industrial bitumen grade of 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces (1st coat for bonding material below membrane and 2nd coat on top of membrane. Each coat would be paid separately.)

(e) M & L for 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/ sqm and reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/ sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed. Note: Application of APP membrane must be done by authorized applicator of membrane manufacturer.

(f) M&L for applying two coats of bitumen based aluminium painting @ 0.15 Kg/ sqm each coat on water proofing treatment with preparation of surface as on non assessable area complete all as specified and directed.

(g) M&L for taking down/ dismantling of existing roof treatment of any description such as old APP membrane roof treatment etc terracing including screed bed etc. Hessian base felt/ tar felt etc. (any type and thickness) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 25mm thick type B-1, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in roof top etc complete al, as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit a for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ wall fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan, fan blades and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M No-III Mhow complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium Sub main wiring of any size from surface/ concealed/ existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing geyser of any capacity after disconnecting all necessary electrical and water supply connections and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M No-III Mhow complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing single phase electric energy meter of any capacity after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections and re fixing the proposed LT Indoor panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old/ unserviceable LT indore panel, distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/ TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ ivory colour including all accessories after chasing in wall/ ceiling etc, heavy duty ISI marked, with GI sunken boxes 1.2mm thick, 60mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular white cover plate with inner frame suitable for modular switches, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly including cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

(b) One light point controlled by two, two way switch 5 Amps

(c) One fan point/ exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps and regulator

(d) One 3 point 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the SAME BOARD.

(e) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent boad.

(f) One bell point controlled by one, bell switch 5 Amps

All as per item No.146 here in before but using 2.5 sqmm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 2.5 sqmm copper conductor FRLS PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly.

All as per item No.146 here in before but using 4.0 sq mm single core copper conductor FRLS cable of multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 4.0 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly. (for AC Point)

Excavating in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed..
