ATTENDING DAY TO DAY COMPLAINTS AND PETTY REPAIRS OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION OF OTM ACCN AT PATIALA UNDER GE (SOUTH) PATIALA

Attending Day-to Day Internal electric complaints lodged by the users and rectification of the fault as per complaint lodged by the user in anytime (day or Night) in respect of the light/fan/bell/light or power socket and Loadline DB etc complete repairs to the extent by removing connections from the system and removing faults in wires ,battens conduit, sunken boxes, Junction poxes main switches MCBS/DBS utility light fitting, lamp holders AC ceiling/ Exhaust fans and other Type of complaints to connected fixtures ot the Internal electrification Including providing Of petty stores such as wires of appropriate size and conductor matching to existing one,including with all fitting and fixtures to rectify the fault with regard to complaint lodged complete all as specified and directed.. Note: (a) Repair of switches, fans, Tube lights,damaged/burnt wiring and MCBs,voltage fluctuation,current leakage(d of street lights, and replacement MCBs and main switcr voltage fluctuation current leakage and no light etc will be attended with in 8 Hrs as treated urgent nature (b) Cost of taking out U/s Accessories is deemed to be included but S& F of new accessories will be measured and paid separately under following items. (c) The physical complaint will be collected from Complaint cell but the same will be notified to rep of the bidder by any online mode i.e. mobile phones, whatsapp or via any other means. (d) All necessary tools and plants i.e multimeter,tong tester,spanner set,wrench,screw driver etc will have to be kept by deployed electrician by contractor & the cost of the same included in the unit quoted rate. (e) Any accident/mishappening occured due to carelessness of the worker or by any other means during the execution of work shall be responsibility of contractor. The bidder have to insured his employees/ workers with proper insurance plan & copy of the same submitted to the office of Engineer-in-Charge (f) One mobile phone should also be provided by the contractor to trademan engaged by contractor. (g) All stationery including complaint register and complaint slip and T&P shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost to Govt as the unit quoted rate include the same. (h) If the complaint is not attend within the prescribed time frame, a penalty of Rs. 500/- per complaint per day till completion of complaint shall be recovered from the contractor's dues.

(j) Contractor/ bidder shall provide proper uniform to his employees/ workers as approved by the GE. (k) Safety equipment shall be provided by the bidder/ contarctor to his employees/ workers and the cost of the same included in the unit quoted rate & nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt. (l) The bidder/ contractor's rep shall be deposit the complaint slip duly signed by the user in token of satisfied completion of complaint to the concrened JE. (m) Payment shall be processed with mentioned complaint slip No. in the MB and same be uploaded in eMB portal please (n) Successful bidder shall calculate the quantities of various materials to be incorporated against each item of BOQ. 50% quantities of approved make from the GE shall be procured and handed over to Engr-in-Charge within 15 days from the stipulated date of commencement. Contractor shall submit the original purchase voucher along with so procured material to the Engr-in-Charge for his verification and entry in the MB accordingly. After consumption of first lot of material, same process shall be repeated by the contractor and the Engr-in-Charge for balance quantity of material. (o) Bidders attention is drawn to the fact that claim of running payment shall only be entertained after compliance of condition stipulated vide note no (n) herein above.

M&L in replacement Sub main wiring with 2 runs of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded single core copper conducter 6 Sqmm in existing conduit with 6 sqmm PVC insulated earth wire fixed to the existing wall with saddles, screws etc after removing the unserviceable wiring and connecting up complete all as specified and directed. Note: 2 runs of cable will be measured as one length

M&L in replacement Sub main wiring with 2 runs of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded single core copper conducter 4 Sqmm in existing conduit with 4 sqmm PVC insulated earth wire fixed to the existing wall with saddles, screws etc after removing the unserviceable wiring and connecting up, complete all as specified and directed. Note: 2 runs of cable will be measured as one length.

M&L in replacement Sub main wiring with 2 runs of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded single core copper conducter 2.5 Sqmm in existing conduit with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated earth wire fixed to the existing wall with saddles, screws etc after removing the unserviceable wiring and connecting up, complete all as specified and directed. Note: 2 runs of cable will be measured as one length.

M&L in repair mild steel/ pressed steel anodised sunken box 3 module concealed in wall of 1.6 mm thick of externally covered with modular cover and plate for fixing of modular switch,socket etc including all electrical connection and cement motor and finishing the surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L in repair mild steel/ pressed steel anodised sunken box 2 module concealed in wall of 1.6 mm thick of externally covered with modular cover and plate for fixing of modular switch,socket etc including all electrical connection and cement motor and finishing the surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F in repair ceiling rose surface bakelite , three terminals, 230V AC with polycarbonate body complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair modular switch 6 Amp, one way, 1 module, 230 volts AC circuit complete all as specified and directed.
