Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonary with solid block set in CM type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of squared rubble uncoursed well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for flush pointing to squarred rubble masonry coursed or uncoursed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishes the surfaces even and smooth without extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed confirmed to FE 410-0 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in manholes cover slab etc, set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L Cement concrete type C-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) of 75 mm thick as in sub base of floor /hard standing all as specified and directed

M&L Cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, machine pressed; set, jointed and pointed With white cement & pigment in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished ,including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down rainwater/drainage pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends etc complete.

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing 160 mm bore PVC rain water pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls upto height of 20.00M and fixing with GI clamp etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing PVC(SWR) pipes rain water pipes ( any size or pattern),including all fittings,heass,shoes,bends,sawn necks etc,including cleaning or refixing(measured over all as fixed along the cen tre line over fittings and accessories) the height up to 20 mtr complete all as specified and diected .

S & F PVC bend110 mm dia in CM 1:3 using Dr Fixit or FOSROC material in outlet of rainwater from the roof for stopping of leakage/seepage upto height of 20 Mtr using Jhula etc complete including taking down old complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs PVC shoe 110 mm dia fixing to rainwater etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATE 41% SL 20 ml or till refusal by making cuty/injection of the stem of plant 30 mm C/C and spraying with solution (25 ml GLYPHOSPHATE 41% diluted with 1 ltr of water) and removing the plant/vegetation including penetrated roots complete including necessary scaffolding etc all as specified and directed for plants/vegetation upto 3mtr height of building.

S&F in repairs unplasticised high density PVC pipes 40 mm bore of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 including bends fixed complete to walls, ceiling or in floors etc

Taking down old tarfelt on roof including padding concrete etc existing roof treatment sweeping cleaning washing down to remove dust etc and removing debris/rubbish etc to a distance exceeding 5 Km and not exc 10 Km from the site.

M&L Cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terracing,claening out,and filling soildly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1( by weight)

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding concrete for levelling etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement screed over roof concrete surface in CM 1:3 and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M & L for applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm as binding material and provide modified polymeric five layered APP (Atactic Polypropylene modified Polymeric) membrane with 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film. Min wt of memebrane will be 3.5 kg/sqm and bonded completely to the surfaces with min end overlap of 15 cms and side lap 75 mm (overlaps to be bounded with thermo fused by flame) and over APP applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M & L apply two coats of aluminium paint on roof complete all as specified and as directed

M&L complete removal of existing treatment and filling the crack if any with necessary apporved crack filler approved by Engr-in Charge .Material and Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004,Alkali& fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade( Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90litre/sqm over plastered surfaces.

M&L washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted plastered surfaces and filling the surfaces with necessary crack filler as approved by Engr-in-Charge,And applying one coat Exterior emulsion of approved make Premium coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004,Alkali& fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade applied with manufactures instruction all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

M&L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc., complete, drilled for fixing steel sheeting or other covering. doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges of steel hanging door fittings and hanging, also fastening and fixing, wheels in bottom and necessary arrangements complete confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 , fabrication and errection at at site, all as directed.

S&F in repairs plain mild steel plain black 1.6mm thick sheets in door, gates etc, with necessary welding, drilling etc complete all as specified and as directed

Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members including necessary drilling welding to the member of frame work etc weight nexc 4Kg per sqm complete all as specified and as directed

Routine maintenance of rolling shutters of following sizes,the maintenances included the following all as specified and directed.

(a) Taking down hood covers for carryng out routine maintenance and refixing.

(b)Dismantling the MS CI works of any description such s sheets ,shafts ,castiron wheels.lath etc and taking down helical springs,rollers and other accessories etc.

(c) Refixing the serviceable accessories such as shafts helical sprigs, rollers, lath sheets,cst iron wheeels etc.

(d) Replacements of unservisable accessories such as shaft helical springs ,rollers, MS Lath sheets hood covers,cast iron wheelss including drilling ,welding etc complete.

(e ) Cleaning oiling ,greasing etc complete of all movable parts all as required at site (Note - The parts and accessories to be replaced shall be measured and paid seperately under Schedule as supply Only)

(i) Area of shutter upto 6.00 Sqm Maximum size

(ii) Area of shutters exceeding 6.00 sqm but not exceeding 12 Sqm(maximum height 3.5m) Note: Any defects noticed during the period of contract same shall be rectifie by the Contractor without any extra cost)

Supply only mild steel lock plate not less than 3mm reinforced with MS angle of 35x35x5m at bottom including pulling handle sliding bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only mild steel wheels 150-230 mm for rolling shutters all as specified and directed.

Supply only Ball bearing for rolling shutters

Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters

Supply only new helical springs of size 100mm bore and 400mm long ,6mm thick as required for rolling shutters etc all as specified and directed

Supply only MS shaft ,50mm dia for wheel ,bearing springs etc in position etc all as specifiedand directed.

Supply only MS Lath 0.8mm thick for rolling shutters of any size nd description all as specifiedand directed.

M&L Preparation of New or old steel surfaces of any des-cription, over 10cm in width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer , not otherwise described

S&F in repairs PULL-IT PULLEY SYSTEM (Pull it 9 Feet) Pulley operated clothes drying system consisting of Auminium pipes,each of outer dia 22mm and inner dia 19.8mm.pulley made up of derlin with rope guide mounted on channel pair of length 24"(distance between two pieces is adjustable) Locking system to hide rope knot.Channel to be mounted or fixed with self -tapping screws provided in kit.Rope will be HDPE double core of 4mm dia.

S&F in repairs Wall mounted stand ,wall mounted consisting of 19mm dia powder coated MS base frame with structure(mesh) of 6nos of 202 Grade SS rods of dia 5mm and length 750mm for drying clothes ,Each mesh has total length of 4500 mm (approx 15 ft) of SS rods. Model: Mount it 30- Drying capacity 30 ft ,weight 3.1 kg.
