Material & labour for preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 5.00 kg per 10 Sq metre all as specified and directed

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 5.00 kg per 10 Sq metre, putting in premix bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed, depth of potholes n exc 30mm etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix carpet 2 CM consolidated thickness with 0.27 cum of stone chipping mixed with 14.6 Kg of binder VG-30, rolled and compacted & reqd camber and gradient with paving bitumen all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for applying a tack coat VG-10 grade over existing bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm of 20/30 bitumen and providing and laying 20mm thick bitumen mastic asphalt on prepared surface strictly in accordance with IS specification No 5317-2002( As latest modified) with mastic i.e. bitumen of grade 20/30 @ 4.50 Kg/ Sqm (Minimum) mixed with stone dust (lime stone powder with calcium value 80%) @ 0.008 cum/Sqm and stone chipping of size 12.5mm and 10mm @ 0.0096 cum/sqm and sand @ 0.004 cum per Sqm and inerting stone graded of 22mm size with 0.017 Kg/Sqm of 20/30 bitumen per Sqm for anti skidding including all tools and plants etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 2mm thick painting to road surface as in lines, dashes, arrows, letter, zebra cross etc on roads. Pavements like etc with thermoplastic road marking paint conforming to BS 3262 with 20% glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine engine drive complete all as specified and as directed. Removing of old paint on road surfaces by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, in any number of coats, any width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solar cat eye (blinker) of size 125 mm x 125mm x 25 mm with aluminium alloy shell, Mono-crystalline solar panel 2.4 V/0.3 Watt, one Ni-mh rechargeable battery 1.2V, six LEDs, fixed to road with epoxy based resin adhesive after necessary preparation of surface, incl taking out existing old one and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed MAKE : DARK EYE Model No DA 110, Dhruv or equivalent

Supply and fixing of plastic speed bump of 750mm length x 250mm x 75mm height and made of ABS material with 2 nos high reflective reflector moulded in PMMA and fixed with 4nos nail and epoxy adhesive (base bumper& hole) on road surface complete all as specified and as per manufactures specifications. MAKE: Model on DA-1006 of Dark Eye or equivalent model of Oscar safety Solution /ABS Engineer /3D as Approved By GE.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.
