Outsourcing of Operational work of Balijhara water works on Job Contract basis under PHD(M) for two years (2025-27)

Supply of all materials & manpower in three shifts for smooth & continuous running, operation & maintenance of existing 27MLD water treatment plant(WTP) along with the water supply system of Balijhara Water Works(BWW) with proper tools & tackles including supply & dosing of chemicals of required quantity with all records, attending to preventive maintenance & breakdown (Major/Minor) to all the assets (The treatment plant along with its process units & all the equipments & facilities as per the detailed list i.e pumps, motors, DG Sets, electrical panels & parts, components of the switch/operating board) with supply of all spare parts required for maintenance, inspection of power lines, maintenance of illumination to the treatment plant premises, raw water & canal intake pump houses including changing of lights, push buttons, wiring if required, including maintenance of all aerators with electrical panels (complete system) and deployment of Engineering personnel to ensure an efficient, effective & sustainable water supply with the available resources on 'as is where is basis'. If during the operation the pumps, motors or any other equipments /installations are not in workable & repairable condition, then the replacement of the same from reputed manufactures shall be made by the agency one to one at his/their own cost, functioning, running & maintenance of pumps, pipes, valves, electrical installations, instrumentation, maintaining log for running of electrical pumps, DG sets, Diesel Engine etc., to achieve drinking water confirming to IS standard etc. with supply of all labour, T&P etc. all complete for ensuring effective operation & maintenance of the water treatment plant as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding GST) NB:1) The agency shall engage 45 nos. skilled labour,09 nos High skilled labour . 2)The contractor shall pay the wages for the workmen force engaged , as per the approved labour rate of Govt. of India/PPA approved rate with EPF, ESI, Bonus and Gate Pass.

Cleaning of existing filter beds of specified size & number as per scope of work, topping up once in a year with supply of filter media consisting of sand, pebbles of different sizes & activated carbon etc. asper requirment with supply of matgerilas, labour, T&P, taxes, tollege etc. aii complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .(Excluding GST)

Cleaning of 04 nos. of existing clarifiers (No. 1, 2, 3 & 4) of 22 Mtr. Dia once in a quarter (Three months) with supply of all labour, materila, T&P etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST)

Testing of treated water once in a month as per IS Standard suitable for human consumption (Drinking & cooking) from out side lab (NABL Accredied lab)/ Govt. Laboratories including collection of sample in a container & transportation charges, submission of the test report to the Deptt. etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST)

Operation & Maintenance of two nos. of flow meter installed in 450mm dia pipe at Raw water- I & II including minor & major components replacement if required with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, hire & running charges of all equipment taking all safety precautions during installation etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST)

Routine inspection & preventive maintenance of 2 nos. of water flow meter of 450mm dia.

Supply & replacement of display of flow meter (450mm dia).

Supply & replacement of UPS of flow meter (450mm dia).

Supply & replacement of card of flow meter (450mm dia).

Supply of all labour, T&P for cleaning of floating weeds, scum, other floating materials and wastes from Reservoir No.I, Intake and its surroundings & locations as directed including disposal of the same at identified location etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .(Excluding GST) N.B.: 1)The Agency to engage 07 Nos. Un-Skilled labour and The Agency Should Pay Labour Rate as per the current notification published by the ministry of labour/ PPA Approved rate with EPF, ESI, Bonus and Gate Pass.

Providing tractor for shifting of removed weeds/scum from embankment side including loading at one end and unloading at other end in low laying area including supply of all labour, T&P, hire & running charges of tractor etc all complete as per direction of Engiener-in-charge.(Excluding GST) N.B: No idle charge shall be paid.

Engagement of chain mounted poclain(2Cum Bucket) Long Boom for lifting of weeds, scums etc. with supply of machineries, POL, lubricants hire & running charges, operator expenses etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding GST) N.B: No idle charge shall be paid.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of 3.55mm dia plastic coated wire mesh (50mm x 50mm) outside diameter 4.75 including fixing of barbed wire or GI wire with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, loading & unloading charges, tollage, royalties, taxs etc.all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. .(Excluding GST)

Supplying, fitting, fixing of heavy duty G.I. Pipe including cutting, fabrication, laying proper position as per site requirement with supplying of all labour, materials, T&P, all taxes,loading at one end and unloading at other end, transportation, scaffolding at any height etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .(Excluding GST)

Cutting & cleaning of unwanted wild growths, Plant, by using bush cutter, engagement of labour, and disposing the same with supply all labour, T&P, machinery, taxes etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding GST)

Supply of Materials with T&P for day to day requirement in Balijhara Reservoir area etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding GST)
